hello guys hope your all well and gains are going up!I would like to stack superdrol and maybe a test compound like test cypionate or test combo.my goal is to gain lean muscle mass and size.any recommendations?
 
thats impossible for me to answer when you literally give me nothing to work with... i dont know your cycle history, your goals?????????? your workout history? stats??? age/height/weight/body fat... you cannot expect any sort of valid answer when you give me nothing to work with…

something like superdrol is not a beginner steroid for example.. .i just need more info bro
 
Don't think that because superdrol used to be legal for purchase that it's a weak steroid. It's a SUPER POTENT steroid. You can read up on superdrol more here -> https://www.evolutionary.org/what-is-superdrol

Test + superdrol would be a good lean muscle mass cycle. Just make sure to also add in a good liver aid supplement and an AI to keep estrogen levels in the normal range.

Superdrol is very toxic on the body so don't cut corners on the liver aid you decide to use. Look for a liver aid supplement that contains TUDCA, NAC and milk thistle. The board sponsor n2bm.com makes a really good product called n2guard. Check that out.

Yeah - don't assume the SD is legit. But you'll know that cos we say it weekly on Evo re PH's.
 
i can tell you for sure your sides will be crazy on super drol

i can't stand the shit .. literally going from 20 to 30mg a day seems to make sides so much worse

it is a great steroid to break plateau's
 
brother, 2 years of training is nothing at all... you have come nowhere close to getting any sort of genetic potential, not to mention you are only 176 lbs and 6 foot tall... which means you can easily put on a good 10-15 lbs just by eating.. superdrol will make you grow RAPIDLY and when you are underweight like you are, then TOO rapidly.. that is going to put extreme pressure on joints, ligaments, tendons and this is going to contribute to getting injured easily and often.. its not smart whatsoever, not in any way, shape or form... beyond that, superdrol is NOT a beginner steroid whatsoever, not even close... sarms would be a viable option but steroids would be an absurd thought at this point in time
 
I wouldn't be using steroids quite yet. You still have years of great natural gains if you are doing things right. We discussed this on the podcast recently and honestly I wish I would have waited until around 35 to use gear.......or even wish I never used it at all. Hard work with diet and training are what produces results.

awesome brother, im so glad you watched it and that it helped you ... i never want to come off like a jerk when it comes to advising young guys steroid use but im always looking out to prevent people from wasting their talent and learning stupid hard lessons that are so easily avoidable... im so happy that i was able to help you brother and you come to me anytime you need help man...
 
I just want to use myself as an example for why you don’t need to run gear yet. I’m 31,so my hormone levels would naturally be lower than yours, and with proper diet and a workout program I have put on 13 pounds in the last month a half. Some of that weight hasn’t been great because I’m sensitive to carbs and put on weight easily. However I have also hit a PR on my bench press working weight and am close to my PRs for squat and deadlift working weight. I haven’t hit those weights in almost 10 years. So you don’t need gear yet man. Just get your diet and programming dialed in.

Yea no problem. I have learned a lot from the vets on this board and your videos that I’m just trying to help where I can. I think so many of these young guys don’t set goals for themselves in the gym so they don’t have anything to focus on moving forward. My goal is to have my working weights at 300 for bench, 400 for squat, and 500 for dead lift by the end of the year. That means my entire diet and training program is geared towards those goals. I am carrying a higher BF% than I would prefer but because of my body type and my goals it’s going to happen. So just set goals, attack the gym, and eat appropriately according to your goals. It’s amazing what you can achieve.
