Supplementing for whey?

when it comes to using whey protein powder what can I use in its place that can supplement for it. I'm already supplementing for regular foods to get my extra protein that I want, so now that i want to stop using whey what else can I use in its place?

You can use milk or egg protein instead try it.
 
i dont use whey i mainly eat real food
 
get some steak thats real protein

Nah he'll no yall nutts. You def need a whey protein. Idc how much u eat u still ain't getting enough or fast enough after u lift. Always a shake after workout
 
Stop telling ppl eat meats eggs and milk. Everyone already does. Its still not enough. U can not eat enough to get mowt nutrients from just food. Sorry. Idc no u can't. Supplements are amazing. If u didn't spend all ir money at n2bm on over priced shit u could protein
 
BTW you won't get 200 grams or more of protein from 4 meals of chicken my dudes. U need 3 shakes a day on top of all urrrrrrr foood

If you aren't going to use whey just eat more protein. Eggs, chicken, beef, etc
