TB-500 Protocol

Hey bros, going to start a healing protocol with tb-500 early April to help heal up sore knees due to arthritis and some meniscus damage from squatting. I ordered 20 2mg bottles from europeptides and plan on running 2mg every other day subq near the knee region for 40 days. My question is "how extensive should I train my quads during this period" Should I go with total rest and then slowly get back into leg training or should I just back off a bit on the load and do more light volume. Anyone with tb-500 experience would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. PS I'm 60 years old and will be coming off 2 NPC shows in late March.

bud this isn't what you want to hear but yes you need to rest your knees

should have been done a long time ago frankly but we all love to workout so we hope we can push through it.. i promise that as we get older you will not be able to push through injuries anymore, they will just get worse

also the bad news is you might never be able to squat 'heavy' again. just being honest with you. when i tore my rotator cuff the physical therapist dropped the bad news to me that if i continued lifting heavy it would completely tear and i would need surgery. not something you want to risk having some goofball doctor opening you up and playing inside you. it isn't the end of the world not being able to lift heavy.. you had your fun now it is time to start lifting smart and taking care of your body

I think you are probably better off by staying away from the all big heavy multijoint movements that put a lot of stress on your tendons and ligaments and focus more on the pump stuff.
What you want to know about the usage of the peptide?

Well I've done quite a bit of research on tb-500 and came up with the dosing protocol of 2 mg every other day for 40 days. Some say to front load it heavier in the beginning and then back off near the end, something like 2 mg ed for first 10 days, then 2 mg eod for next 10 days, then 2 mg e3d for final 15 days. Any thoughts? I've had ultrasounds done on both knees and have minor tears in both meniscus of both knees and some arthritis. Tried some PRP injections with minimal results and great expense as my insurance didn't cover it. Thought I'd have nothing to loose, other than $420 for tb-500, so I'd give it a try. Been through physical therapy many times, so probably will back off on leg training while on the tb-500 and then start with the pt exercises and see how things go. Right now, I train legs, then ice both knees 2-3 time during first 24 hours and then apply an electric heated knee wrap for the next 3-4 days and then do it all over again. Thanks for your reply.

The protocol I usually recommend is 1-2 mg every 3 to 4 days for 5-8 weeks and from there move to your maintenance phase injecting your preferred dose once a week.

You need to let it recover and heal especially at your age. That's really the only option without creating or prolonging problems

I’m gonna hafta agree with rest. I’m 44 and I’m looking for alternate ways to strengthen my knees. They just take a pounding. In life.
