140mgs? why double? I think you should stick to 100mgs first and it might have a mental impact, how do you feel about it? @Made_Man

numbness not sure how bad?
Only reason is cause its easy to read on the syringe

Been doing it since Monday, i had also built ot up from the 100mg i was last week

Also further to my numbness, i will be stopping creatine and liquid Glycerol as they retain water and that might be the main cause of my numbness is as its putting pressure around my wrist. My right hand is definitely swolen when you compare side by side to my left.

I also injected. BPC-157, TB-500, GHK-CU and KPV in to my forearm last night and it was the first night i slepped through the night. That stack should also help with inflammation

it looks like you have blood flow issues there. I would NOT bump the trenbolone until you fix this. @Made_Man
have you tried fasting? and are you taking ed aspirin?

Asprin yes

If ED is something more specific im unsure what that is

I took some Cialis for blood flow, didnt do much i dont think. Actually thinking about it, the swelling has become worse since i stopped the Cialis. Ill take some today and see if anything changes

Ill pull back on the Tren 👌

Little update for you guys.

I've teamed up with a coach to get me ready for my next cycle as i want this one to be bigger and better.

I've also pretty much picked a surgeon and a date on April 1st to get my excess skin removed. I feel like i may have to push it back a week or two as the date is coming up pretty quick

My arm hasn't changed and is no better. Ill have a few days where its pretty good and i feel its on the way and then the next day numb again. My coach says it will need another 7 to 14 days. Fingers crossed he is right.

Once that's sorted I'll be starting on 3iu Hgh

Training has been a real struggle with any pull exercises as its hard to grip so i try and focus on using machines.
Trying to also get a minimum 45min walk ever 2nd - 3rd day

You should only work with EVO approved coaches, why not talk to @R.AP ? @Made_Man he's legit!

I had spoken to @R.AP also. I had spoke to a number of other coaches that each had a pro and con list and i felt that Simon was best suited to me for a number of reasons. Nothing againts any of the coaches here just personal preference

Week 13

Update

Ok Peeps, Over the last two weeks, I’ve had a lot of changes in my training, my food and my supplements. I’m still having a few issues with numbness in my right hand. I am injecting BPC, TB, KPV, and GHKCu. That’s assisting slightly however, I’m still getting slight numbness. Hopefully that should go away slowly but surely. I am somewhat sleeping through the night with things on my mind from a recent sudden breakup, hopefully that will pass soon as no injections for that LOL

I have also teamed up with a coach. He has set me up on a new food plan and new training. I’m still trying to get the hang of the routine he’s got me on in terms of timing of food and the way the training is set up. My training has been set up with Upper A, Lower A + Biceps, Upper B, Lower B + Biceps

For my calories, carbs, proteins, and fats, he has put me on 6 meals per day, along with a hydration plan. I’ve asked him to keep my meals simple, which he has done to a T. I’m basically having my protein (chicken or Meat, my carbs (rice), and my veggies). I’ve asked him to hold off on any of the fancy stuff that you see normal coaches do, like avocados and a handful of almonds and things like that. I just don’t have the time or the patience to do that. So I’m really happy with the plan he has set out for me.

Daily macros

Cal – 2594

Protein – 209g

Carbs – 341g

Fats – 46g

He has also given me a list of supplements that @RocketBunny Society Supplements was happy to continue sponsoring me with.

Testosterone E 250mg Total Week

HGH 3iu

Mots-c 3mg rest days

Methylene Blue 10mg Rest Days

Magnesium glycinate

Fish Oil

Creatine

Dihydroberine

Electrolyte Supplement

Force Factor Beets Powder

Taurine

Glutamine

NAD + to assist with recovery

I have also had consultations with a surgeon to have a belt lipectomy (lower body lift). I’ve got my final consultation tomorrow. We’re going to iron out some questions that I have and booking in a date to get the operation done.

The surgeon advised that he will be removing around 3 to 3.5 kg of excess skin. He also advised during the initial consultation that it looks like I have very low visceral fat. When the assessment was done and I laid down my excess skin just fell into my stomach. So I was really happy with that feedback.

He also advised which made me extremely happy that once all that excess skin goes, I would definitely be able to see my abs. That’s great news for me as I’ve never seen them before.

So between now and the operation date, I will be cutting back while trying to still hold onto the muscles I have gained.

Once the operation is done, I’ll have a maximum of 6 weeks recovery. I’ve been told that it can be anywhere from 3 to 4 if everything goes well. Once that is done, I’ll be straight onto my next cycle, as long as my movement is good to go.

I was already speaking to an oil sponsor that was willing to support me on my next journey coming out of surgery however he has since been banned from here so I’m going to run this one on my own

good update :D @Made_Man the numbness you're saying is better now on the hands?

and good to see you work with a coach, ask him to dial in cardio a bit and macros as you work with him

good look in the pics, love it! i see you lost a ton of weight thats hard to do. EVO family love and support! :D I know how hard that is to do.
have you considering doing bouts of fasting? so you can cut down before the surgery, you'll get more skin off and you'll feel better. 36 hours to 72 hour fast mixed in.

and lover your meal pics thanks for the share making me hungry lol :P

@Made_Man Bros, let us know about the surgery and the skin thing. That seems like something I know a lot of people are doing lately.

Hopefully that should go away slowly but surely. good update :D @Made_Man the numbness you're saying is better now on the hands?

and good to see you work with a coach, ask him to dial in cardio a bit and macros as you work with him

good look in the pics, love it! i see you lost a ton of weight thats hard to do.

Numbness is on and off, definitely getting better. Honestly fasting isnt my thing, i have tried before just cant do it.
I’ve had a lot of changes in my training

Not a thing for you as such but a more general observation - but tweak slowly or else you wont track what's worked vs what hasn't
Very valid point. Will take note of that
@Made_Man nice updates, champ. Looking really solid, good job posting up the pictures. Now you have a reference point going forward.
Took me a while as im not happy butnits onenof those things where i need to show what ive done as inspiration to others, put you mind to something and you will succeed
Measurements are looking really good man. I'm really glad that you're posting them. Now let's see going forward where they end up being. I think your arms are gonna grow like a weed but that's my prediction. @Made_Man
Hope so, it the first thing people see 💪
Down 3 kg is a great accomplishment and it sounds like you kept your muscle size. @Made_Man so that's a good one.
Yeh ibwas quite shocked at that also. Was expecting some muscle loss, so im quite lucky
@Made_Man Bros, let us know about the surgery and the skin thing. That seems like something I know a lot of people are doing lately
I will keep you updated. Ill write somerhing up. Had my final call today with dates send so i can select. Exciting times ahead

Definitely keep us updated on that skin issue. Let us know how much it's going to cost and all that as well. @Made_Man

Definitely agree however i lost everying through sweat and tears and was only introduced to everything after. My skin was alot worse, i managed to fill some of it with muscle. My arms chest and legs you can't see that i has excess skin, you can only tell seeing my belly section

Week 14

Update

Ok Peeps, Sorry no photos this week, been flat out and have typed most of this out on my phone while im waiting around at places and rest period at the gym.

Over the last week as mentioned previously, I’ve had a lot of changes in my training, my food and my supplements. As of today all my supplements have arrived, Im still having a few issues with numbness in my right hand however yesterday I was able to close my hand to form a full fist although today its back to being numb, still able to form a fist. I haven’t changed my injections of BPC, TB, KPV, and GHKCu. That’s definitely been assisting since I started inject near my shoulder. Hopefully that should go away soon.

I sleeping well through the night however unsure if that’s just a drop of calories and out of energy or me just pushing harder in the gym.

My weight has dropped from 102kg to 98kg I am happy however I think that is more my body adjusting to the new food and plan. I need to stay focused and not chase quicker fat loss by skipping meals as my calories are already low and im finding myself getting hungry through the day, hopefully this should pass in a week or two.

Im trying not to skip any training days as work is getting busy and sometimes getting home at 7.30pm whilst being up at 4.30am, I have missed 1 training day last week. Im also really trying to get my steps up, I either add 20min to my training or ill go for a 1hr walk where possible

I have also been nursing my shoulder pain and trying not to push myself if I feel pain

I have also increased my Reta to 6mg to help with this hunger while my body adjusts to this new diet and calorie intake. Im injecting 2mg EOD

Surgery

Deposit has been made, we are waiting on some paperwork from my GP before we can set the date, at this stage I need have a sit down and think, I either rush and get it done in April or I need to wait till after May 20th, I have about 1 week to work out what I want to do so between now and the operation date, I will be cutting back while trying to still hold onto the muscles I have gained.

Weight 98kg down 3.5kg – not getting excited here as I have done heaps of changes

  • Left Quad – 60cm down 1cm

Visual difference

  • Biceps, and arms look really good however measurements showing now change, my watch link that I had to add will now need to be removed however I think this is more from swelling from the GH and nothing else
  • Chest - looking more defined and bigger however from measurements it has gone down
  • Belly definitely looking slimmer especially when im wearing a shirt
  • definitely getting more comments from people that haven't seen me in a while saying how much i have leaned out.

Why are you suggesting to come off the peptides 4 weeks out?

Cal – 2594

He has also given me a list of supplements that @RocketBunny Society Supplements was happy to continue sponsoring me with.

Incredible transformation! You should be super proud of yourself! if you look outside of Evo I reckon you can only pick a select few people that have ever made the transformation that you have. Keen to see the next phase of your journey bro! 💪

Surgery Update

Ok Peeps, Over the last week i have been running around trying to sort my surgery out. So as it happens when i got my referral for the surgeon the GP should have done a once over as she never had all the questions that was eequired to be filled out for my surgeon. anyways i have had to go back in and get a proper checkup, once i arrived i was told that she cant fill out the form as she ha nothing to do with my weight loss. Forgot to mention, this was one of the night Dr and apparently they cant fill forms as they are only open for emergencies FFS
I now have to go back and see another GP at the clinic and pretty much lost 2 weeks. All paperwork has been done and its just the GP holding everything up now

Update

On aa better note iI have also been speaking with @Southern Cross Labs and he was quite impressed with my journey thus far. We had a little chat about what my plans are moving forward especially post surgery and he was more than willing to come along the ride with me and see what the future holds.

as mentioned previously, I’ve had a lot of changes in my training and still making little tweks with my coach, i was finding that 2500 calories i was getting hungry throughout the day and also due to the long hours i was misding my 2nd meal in the evening, im 3 days in to the now plan and i think it is definitely better than the last, all a working progress i guess.

Im still having a few issues with numbness in my right hand however it really feels like its going away soon or im just getting used to it lol. I still have days where im able to close my hand to form a full fist and then back to being numb, however its happening more often now.

I haven’t changed my injections of BPC, TB, KPV, and GHKCu. That’s definitely been assisting since I started inject near my shoulder. I jabs a couple of days off injections just to give my body a rest. Sunday and then another during the week.
Im sleeping better through the night, guessing its the harder pushing and last seasons in the gym.

My weight has increased from 98kg to 99kg
Sim still having days i cant be bothered training due to coming home so late after with or just exhausted, if that's the case I'll go for 30-60min walk

I have also increased my Reta to 7mg to help with this hunger while my body adjusts to this new diet and calorie intake. Im injecting EOD

What's the surgery for mate?

Definitely something up with that waist measurement. I don't think time of day would cause that difference.

Congrats for working with @Southern Cross Labs

Overview

Ok Peeps, over the last few weeks, everything has felt like it’s been building toward the next phase, even though a lot of it has happened outside the gym the gym has helped me focus and keep control of everything

The first big step was getting all of my surgery paperwork sorted and submitted to my super fund last week. That alone took a heap of running around, following up and admin, but it’s finally done now!!!!!!!!!

I had everything signed off by both my surgeon and my GP, and after chasing it all up, it’s now in the hands of the super fund. At this stage I’m hoping to hear something back within the next two weeks, and I’m just hoping there are no issues from the super fund or ATO that slow anything down.

Training over Easter was a bit disrupted because of the gym closures and limited hours, so between Friday and Monday I only managed to get in one, maybe two sessions. It wasn’t ideal, but it actually worked as a bit of a reset heading into this week.

Coming into this week, I changed the way I’m training. I dropped back from doing three sets per exercise and moved into two heavy sets instead, really focusing on intensity. By the second set I’m generally hitting failure around five or six reps which tells me the weight is in a good place right now. Even with the heavier weights I still feel like I’ve got a little left in the tank by the end of the session, so I’ve been finishing off with a couple of ab exercises and then a 10 to 15 minute walk.

I also made a small adjustment with my reta. I had pushed it up from 6 mg to 8 mg for one week, but then brought it back down to 6 mg, and honestly that seems to be working much better. Sometimes that small temporary increase is enough to get things moving again, and dropping back down has felt like the sweet spot.

One of the biggest positives through all of this has been the support starting to build around what comes next. I’m now part of Team @Prymal alongside @Southern Cross Labs I now have two amazing sponsors behind me. They’ve both really backed what I’m doing, especially around the surgery, recovery, and what the next phase looks like after that. It feels like I’ve got a really good group of guys my corner and also some real momentum building. So a big shoutout to them, ill tag you all below

At the same time, Im going to be raw here, life outside of training has been pretty messy. My online presence has dropped off a bit, and training consistency hasn’t been where I’d like it, mainly because I’m trying to wrap up my divorce, which should finally be done this month. On top of that, I’ve been buried in company financials, asset access issues, and all the mess that comes with multiple businesses and separating everything properly. It’s been taking up a huge amount of my time and headspace.

But when I step back and look at the full picture, it really feels like this is a transition period. I’m tying up the legal and financial side of life, the surgery process is moving forward, training is shifting into a stronger intensity block, and I’ve got 2 amazing sponsors supporting me with what comes next.

It honestly feels like everything is setting up for a much stronger run once this month is behind me.

Update

Test E from @Southern Cross Labs has kicked in. Feel like i want to hump everying around me 🤣😂🍆🍆🍆 this stuff is next level 👌

Im still having a few issues with numbness in my right hand it really has its days, i have stopped injecting directly in my arm as i feel like i need to give it a break and see if the swelling can come down on its own, feels like its going away soon or im just getting used to it lol.

I haven’t changed my injections of BPC, TB, KPV, and GHKCu. just changed the injection location

Good to hear the surgery paperwork is moving forward brother! Getting all that admin sorted is stressful but you're smashing through it. The gym really is the best anchor when everything else feels chaotic. Keep the diet clean pre-surgery, recovery will be so much smoother going in healthy 💪

Overview

Ok Peeps, Over the last week, I really feel like I’ve hit a bit of a wall. I’m still enjoying my training and still getting in there doing the work, but mentally it feels like everything has slowed right down while I wait for this surgery process to move. The gym has honestly been one of the main things helping me keep focus and control through it all.

I was originally told it shouldn’t take more than two weeks to hear something back regarding my funds and tomorrow marks that two week point so I’m not really sure what is taking so long there. I know these things can drag out, but when you’re waiting on it and trying to plan your next move it definitely feels frustrating.
Because of all this I do feel like I’m in a bit of limbo. Normally by now I would have moved into another cycle and already be pushing toward the next phase but with surgery hanging over everything I can’t really commit to that yet. So at the moment it feels like I’m stuck between chapters.

Training

I’ve still been getting it done. I changed things up recently and dropped back to two heavy working sets per exercise instead of the three I was doing. The focus has been intensity over volume and most second sets are finishing around the five to six rep mark before failure. Sessions still feel productive and im still being my head around less is more.

Even with the heavier work I still feel like I’ve got energy left at the end of the session so I’ve been finishing off with a couple of ab exercises and then a 10 to 15 minute walk. Nothing crazy just enough to keep me moving.

Strength has increased well considering everything going on which I’m happy with. Visually I feel like things are still holding together nicely too, waist tighter and arms starting to show more shape.

I also adjusted my reta back to 6 mg weekly after briefly pushing it higher. Bringing it back down feels like the better balance for me right now, and sometimes those smaller tweaks make the biggest difference.

On a better note, I somehow managed to fuck my left knee during the week. I’ve been using my CarePack supplied by @Prymal and injecting locally, and that seems to have taken the pain away, so that has been a positive.

Another thing I’m grateful for right now is the support around me by @Prymal and @Southern Cross Labs including the great crew in my corner while I work through this slower patch and prepare for what comes next. Big thanks to the boys backing me through this stage, it genuinely means a lot.

Personal

Outside the gym, life is still pretty messy trying to finalise the divorce and sort out financial matters. Between multiple companies, ongoing asset issues, and dealing with access to funds, it has taken up a lot of time and headspace. That’s also why I’ve been quieter online lately.
Right now it’s about staying steady, staying consistent, and being ready to attack properly once all this is behind me.
Sometimes progress isn’t about moving forward, it’s about being patient until the time comes.
Main goal next week is to keep training consistent, hear back on surgery funds, and keep stress under control.

Sorry to hear about issues you are having in your personal life mate. Hoping the parties quit goofing you around and start helping soon. That’s insurance though unfortunately.

Definitely a good time to focus on yourself and like you said heaps of people in your corner, looking forward to seeing your progress in the coming months 👍

Your peptides stack looks great and the healing stack looks on point. Is it KLow? Seems like similar ratios.

Phenomenal update brother. You certainly have a whole heap going on all at once. Really great that you are consistently training as that will not only keep your physical health intact but improve your mental health as well. Nothing quite like iron therapy. All of the SCL team is here for you brother and the wider Evo family will always be firmly behind you. Much Evo love to you 🩵

good update, keeping the macros clean :D @Made_Man hopefully your personal life cleans up soon

Over the last week, life has definitely taken priority and training has had to take a back seat a little.

The biggest personal update is that my divorce is now officially done. It has been a long battle, but today is a different day. I’m officially divorced, officially free, officially moving forward. New year, new me. I’m divorced baby!!!!!!!!!!!

At the same time, things don’t just stop there, and we are now moving into the next phase of negotiating financials and settlement.

Court this week took a lot out of me mentally and physically. Anyone who has been through these types of situations knows it drains your energy quickly. Between that stress, the lead up to it, and everything still needing attention afterwards, I’ve honestly felt pretty tired and weak this week.

Because of that, training hasn’t been where I’d like it to be. I only managed to get in one or two sessions from memory, and outside of that I got out for a small walk just to keep moving. Sometimes that is all you can do, and right now I’m trying to accept that instead of forcing things when the body and mind are already under pressure.

Food wise, things have still been fairly solid. I’ve been sticking to structure as best I can and keeping meals simple. The new AM and PM meal setup has helped depending on when I train, and having that flexibility makes life easier during busy weeks like this. Appetite has been a little mixed with stress, but overall I’ve still been getting enough quality food in.

Surgery update is pretty simple, there is no real update. I’ve spoken with the ATO and also checked everything online, and all I’ve been told is that it is still pending and I just need to wait for an update. At this stage there is nothing I can do to move it along any quicker, so it is another waiting game for now.

Even though this week wasn’t a big training week, I know these periods are part of the process. Sometimes progress is pushing hard in the gym, and sometimes progress is handling life properly while doing what you can to hold your ground.

Now that court is behind me and the divorce is finalised, I’m hoping to get more clarity moving forward and start putting more energy back into myself, training, and the next phase ahead.

Big thanks as always to the people backing me through all of this. Having good support around you matters more than ever during stressful periods.

Sensational update brother.
Congrats on the D, they are as draining as you say and adding the business dealings in it is a huge load on the mind and body. Doing what you can, when you can, is a great approach to all of this. All of Evo is behind you bro, just keep pushing forward and this entire unsavoury phase will be behind you eventually.🩵

The 12 month waiting period for a divorce here is overkill. Congrats on getting it settled , and hopefully you get this other stuff sorted so that weight can be lifted off your shoulders and you can focus on purely yourself.
