In Feb2015 I was 189lbs at 5'7 at 27% bf give or take. Age 36. I started cardio and dropped to 168lbs 24% bf. By April but felt tired and unmotivated so I hired a personal trainer.
From April to end of May I went down to 12% body fat and 150 lbs. A clean non ped 8 week cycle of calisthenics and moderate lifting. I felt great and not tired.
Now im on my 12 week cycle of straight test prop/cyp and have gained 11 lbs at 161, and though im shooting test, I have been feeling tired at my 2 week. I dont know whats wrong but not as motivated as when I did the clean cycle though my first test prop week I felt beastly energetic. Has anyone had this experience on cycle? I sleep well and have a good diet, I dont eat any garbage, just occasional cheat days.
