Today: 03/11/2024
After a shocking day at work, I was itching to get in the gym and go hard
Upper session today so the focus was on heading toward a one arm chin up and handstand push-ups
A1: Elevated Handstand Push-ups - 3x6
A2- mechanical advantage one arm chins (assisted on the concentric and unassisted on the eccentric) 3x4 - 3 sec eccentric
B: Flat DB Chest press - 3x10 - 35kg
C1: Life fitness rows - 1x15x40kg - 3x12-50kg 21X0
C2: 90° bent arm static hold - 3x30seconds
D: Katana (overhead) extensions - 15, 13, 10 - 9kg
Second day dosing aromasin on EOD, not sure if it's going to be a night and day effect, or subtle as I didn't experience/at least think I didn't experience strong E2 sides. Time will tell and so will bloods.

Leg day today, one of my favourite training sessions
A: Hack squats 4x12x90kg - 31X1
B: RDL 3x10x85kg (had to back off slightly on these due to some back pain, did lots of landscaping and gardening over the past couple days)
C: Pendulum squats 3x15x60kg 30X0
D: Lying leg curls 4x13x39kg 31X0
E1: Standing calf raise 4x12x70kg 23X0
E2: Farmer KB Pulses 3x40s - 32kg
Also included a breakfast photo, love this before training
100g frozen mixed berries, 70g oats, 10g chia seeds, 250ml soy milk, 20g 90% dark choc
Pre workout: premium supps warrior shake, creatine, electrolytes
Post workout: 45g whey - optimum nutrition
Lunch: 250g chicken breast, 280g pumpkin and 200g potato with 8 dates

Dosed my aromasin with breakfast as per Lev's suggestion
A: Straddle banded 90° Handstand push ups 1x4 + 3x6
B1: Mantle Chin ups - 3x6
B2: Elevated Belly wall handstand push-ups 3x7
C: Hoist row - 4x14x32.5kg 21X0
D: Hammer strength bench 2x12x30kg + 2x12x20kg
E: rear felt cable X over 2x22x5kg
Had another dinner with friends I haven't seen in a while so unfortunately dinner was a little off schedule but at least training was in.
Today's session - 08/11
Will just be a hard treadmill run, I prefer treadmill because it's a set speed and incline, if I'm too tired or whatever it's too bad
30mins at a HR of 160-185bpm

Was meant to be a "rest" and do a run but having the can't sit still disease is killer
So I went to the gym and hit legs today

A: Back squat 3x10x85kg 22X1
B: Seated leg curl 3x13x65kg 22X0
C: DB walking lunges 3x24x32.5kg
D1: Hoist calf raises 4x13x60kg 22X1
D2: Banded Pallof Press 3x10
E: Single leg leg extensions 3x17x20kg
Photo was taken after walking lunges which give me a killer pump
As usual, post workout whey shake, magnesium citrate, fish oil, vit d and two teaspoons of honey
Plus today was a pin day of 0.8ml of test E 250
One day!If you can do those hands stand pressups with no band... wow!
