So far ive ran a cycle if 500mgs of test w an ai (arimidex)
So this is my 2nd cycle
I ordered test e, tren e, and mast p
Test will be dosed at 200mgs, tren at 200, masteron aswell
Right now ive just gotten finished with bulking
height: 6ft
Weight:93.5kg
age: just turned 25

Tren for a second cycle is not the best idea you dont have enough experience for running that kind of compound, that is for experienced users, that is a huge leap into the deep end of the pool. I like that your dosing is very reasonable, I would highly consider dropping the tren and replacing with decca, or just run test and mast.

Absolutely not, I feel the excitement and putting the cart before the horse is what is happening at the moment, instead of taking a step back and really understanding and thinking about what he is doing, I think he might possibly be blinded by the allure of what others are doing or what he might be seeing in social media atm.

I was gonna do deca but i dont think thats a good option for a cutting cycle maybe my next bulking cycle ill consider 500 test w 300 deca and maybe dbol

Cutting would be more of a mast, primo, winny, anavar as far as compounds go, you could in theory even cut or recomp on npp if your diet is in check. Tren isn't good for cutting or good for cardio at all its gonna destroy your ability to preform cardio properly.

Yea i know but my endurance is already great like above average so if it bumps it down to average ill probably be fine

Thats not the right way to do it brother i didn't start gear till I was in my 30s
 
Don't use Tren until you have a ton of muscle mass and you have peaked on other gear. Tren is for preserving muscle mass in extreme calorie deficit.

You aren't other guys and that doesn't mean that is the best ir correct decision, you are missing out on so many things, under 2 years of training and jumping on gear, you haven't built up a nautral base which if you did it would enhance cycles and produce better gains and transformations down the line.

Gear isn't a magic pill you are gonna super disappointed in the end after these two cycles I just have a feeling. Shutting down your hpta, no bloodwork no mention of ai or organ and liver support. Cycle on tren is also to long, you see my point ?

You have alot of holes in this and red flags that you aren't prepared for.

At the end of the day you run what you want and do what you want to do, guys like me and others who have experience being enhanced we will tell u the truth of the matter on things.

As you will see many guys have different views on steroid use.

While I dont think you should be using trenbolone, I dont see why you cant make your own life decisions at 25. So if thats the path you want to take, it's fair to support you and guide you.

Lets talk.

Cycle
Since you've done 500mgs testosterone before, this cycle you need to moderate a bit more.
250mgs testosterone (start 250-300 range) sports TRT+
100mgs trenbolone/week
100mgs masteron/week
split dose all compounds, mon/thur
this is first 3 weeks, we need your feedback every week to understand how you feeling on this dose

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

I don't need to know how long you've been lifting just based on your picture
you have very raw physique meaning I can tell your muscles aren't matured at all
you really need to train at least 3 to 5 years and frankly I would train at least 6 years before you touch steroids
having said that it's your body and your choice and if you're gonna go through with the cycle know the risks and know the consequences

For my diet, i was eating around 4k calories during my bulk and this cut im eating 2k-2.5k calories a day
Cardio- On bulk 30mins daily on cut 1-2 hours
For supps i use a multivitamin, fish oil, and im abt to buy some liver support pills
Pic of my face blurred idk why youd need it but idk how to blur so if u could teach me ill post one
for pics of traibing supps gear and meals ill try to take pics every now and then but not every single meal or training sesh and tje gear ill show when it arrives
 
if you want to go through with this it's your decision
I personally would wait till you build a stronger base

keep in mind if you have really good results you just cheated yourself out of building a base
 
during your steroid journey is not the time to dial in your diet
nor is it the time to figure out how to train properly
 
tell us about how much you're lifting
you have some good size arms but your chest still has a lot of room to get bigger
 
you need to dial in your training
your shoulders and arms look good but your neck and your chest are lagging

I would start over with planning this cycle. Masteron makes no sense here. It is a cosmetic steroid for competitors. You have too much fat to notice any difference with mast. No shot running tren at your age and only a second cycle. You have a good base to work with so my advice would be to focus on cutting down first. Get those abs popping. Then look to run a cycle to add lean mass. Something like test and deca.
 
Squats - dont do them
Deadlift - 110kg 12 reps
Bench - 100kg 7 reps

what to expect with tren? lots of sides.

using tren at this point is like giving an 18 year old keys to an electric sports car. you are going to have so much torque and speed that you will crash it and hurt yourself

Like for example
my arm day consists of usually 3 bicep excercises, 3 tricep, 3 forearm, and esch excercise changes everytime sometimes ill feel like doing preacher curls instead of like regular or something idk it all changes everytime
and the diet i try to eat as much clean food as possible w high protein
and yea ill start w 200 test 200 mast 100 tren
If i feel good i might up the tren to 200 after 6 weeks

Yea i will, pinned 50mgs today, will start at 100 a week then up it to 200 at week 6 so far i feel nothing
 
You seriously need to get on n2guard or something strong for organ and liver protection, tren is no joke even at 200mg you have no idea how toxic it is and you are young so you are asking for problems by not protecting yourself.

Tren cough
Night sweats to the point you will soak through sheets and towels.
Constant paranoid feeling
Anxiety
Anger
Depression

All things that can happen and come along with tren as the cycle goes deeper in duration. I also would look at changing your split, you are very underdeveloped and I don't think you are putting enough intensity or reps into your current training program.

Also what drugs and protocol will be utilizing for a pct ?

This is the point at which you will start seeing major side effects from the tren. I promise you will start feeling like shit after week 7.

Nolvadex and clomid and hcg also n2gaurd idnt available where i live i got liver n kidney suppirt tho

What does are you gonna run of those compounds and for how long ?

For the dose clomid start with 25mgs for 2 weeks then up it to 50mgs for 4 more
For nolva start with 10mgs for 2 weeks then 30 for 4
For the hcg cobstant 1.5kius weekly

Dont own a tripod, but my split is arnold split 3 sets per excercise and 3 excercises per muscle group (except chest i do 5-6)

you dont need a tripod , you can put in your log actual training reps sets and weights and exercises

This tren is amazing im loving it my shoulders definintely look rounder than usual and my definition seems to have increased and the pumps are skin-splitting, this is my favorite compound so far i love it the only side effect so far is that it feels a tiny bit harder to sleep

I do have some gyno, ive had it ever since i was a teenager i think i got it when i was 13 because i was obese and had alot of estrogen

Yea i will during my pct ill prolly try raloxifene aswell, for the weights i dont know the exact for each excercise but i do around 8-12 reps which is failure then dropset 6 more reps till failure again
Also for the cardio i take a 30 min walk outside after each gym sesh and a 10 min walk before i forgot to mention it
 
The leaner you get the less you will notice it

if you can still see that puffiness then that means yes it's gyno
 
over time you're going to have to get that treated
it's not going to get any better with steroids that I can guarantee you
