Too much protein

Can I expect any negative side effects from too much protein powder intake? I wanted to make sure that I wont have any health risks.
 
There won't be any health risks but it'll be a major waste of money and cause major GI discomfort.

There is no reason to eat more then 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight under any circumstance
 
we have a hard time digesting lactose, so the more you drink the more stomach problems you will get

also even if you get a hard isolate, which supposedly doesn't have lactose, it is still dairy. and dairy is still inflammatory and hard to digest regardless

i haven't had a protein shake in 20 years, learn to eat real food
 
I take 1g protine per pound of body weight and no protine shake or Bcaa i just use basic supplement stack which was creatine mono , fish oil ,and multivitamin and mineral supplement that's all
