hey guys I am 5'6" and 182 pounds with like 12% body fat. Right now my all time bench is around 330 area, i want to get closer to 400 pounds and i want to move my weight up to 200 pounds. So my plan is using tren over the next year with 2 or 3 cycles off and on. Was thinking about 400mg a week tren E. lots of nutritious food, steak everyday. any advice on what you think i should do?
