I'm just a fan of Dim Sum, l like most of it. Pork buns, noodles, several shrimp dishes. My diet was not great yesterday.

I'm not sure of other dim sun have only tried some chinese buns lol :P I feel very American now

The joys of being old. You need to take care of the system a lot more to keep it from breaking down.
Yep I wish I had started doing moddy maintenance before problems started. That's a huge thing that you can't turn back the clock on.

are you doing IM or SubQ for the everyday test shots ? i always remind people to consider subq if going more than twice a week much less intrusive that way.

I'm always subq, I totally agree it's much less intrusive. I've read research that argues shallow IM with an insulin needle is the most optimal way for daily, because you want the faster release with IM than you get with Subq, but after a week or two, the math of half life of the esters equal out.

Yup 100% I also feel better doing it subq its shuch a quick easy injection at that, i might experiment with doing a whole cycle subq with smaller more frequent injections at some point.
