So in lieu of the gyms being closed I bought a TRX strap which feels like a fairly legit workout. I wanted to start a cycle but I don't want to waste the gear if the TRX doesn't provide enough resistance to get any gains.
Would this combination work or do I need to hold off until i can get my hands on some iron?
