Hey bro, do you only have the website or do you have a wikr or something as well?Your order from Sunday afternoon would've been sent on Monday's mail run. Check your spam/junk folder for a confirmation email of it being processed if you didn't receive the email.
I've been backlogged with emails today addressing these attacks, you'll receive a response by tomorrow first thing
Orders that were placed were not affected. All orders that came through were packed, processed and sent as normal. The only orders that were affected were the ones that couldn't be placed while the sites were down.

Just a heads up that our web site is still under DDoS attack and I've been working diligently on mitigating the attack. The web site is currently accessible but there might be periods where it may be inaccessible or slow.
I'll keep everyone posted but if you have any questions just shoot me an email or DM and I'll get back to you. Thank you for your continued understanding - it's been quite frustrating for us too but we simply refuse to pay the ransom the attacker is requesting.
It's just the nature of the game - we'll just have to continue to work on keeping the web site up

Still safe to order brother. It's just a Denial of Service attack so someone is using a bunch of different systems to launch multiple concurrent connections to the web server in order to consume resources to prevent it from serving legitimate requests. It's not affecting the security of the site - as far technical capability goes, DoS attacks are the bottom of the barrel and requires little to no skill. It's just a frustrating inconvenience.
