Just recieved an order from umbrella labs and upon opening the package it was all wet.. looks like during shipping the bottle was smashed, will they replace something like this or am i SOL.

i'm sure they will take care of you if you are a regular customer but you will have to ask them. the people handling these packages are temp workers who just throw them around and slam them. i've had 2 vials break in all my years, it happens once every 50 times so its part of the deal.

It all comes down to a business decision. Its faster and more profitable for them to ship in bubble mailers. I cringe when I see this. They need to start shipping in boxes well padded. Its ultimately their fault for poor protection. It save them money though as it doesnt happen often enough for them to change the way they ship.
