I am 48 years old (190cm tall, 95kg) and have a recent tendon injury and I want to speed up the healing process using peptides. I have done a lot of research and think I have finalized an enhanced wolverine protocol and wanted to get other people's opinions to see if I should change anything or if some of this is overkill. The first week I saturated with BPC and TB500 as follows:

WEEK 1:
Day 1 PM - BPC157 12.5mg, TB500 7.5mg
Day 2 AM - BPC157 12.5mg, TB500 7.5mg
Day 2 PM - BPC157 7.5mg, TB500 5mg
Day 3 AM - BPC157 7.5mg, TB500 5mg
Day 3 PM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 4 AM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 4 PM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 5 AM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 5 PM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
Day 6 AM - BPC157 5mg, TB500 4mg
end of week one loading phase

WEEK 2-10:
BPC-157 - 500mcg AM and 500mcg PM (7 days per week)
GHRP2 - 300mcg (MON - FRI)
TB-500 - 3mg (MON, WED, FRI)
GH - 2.8ius (MON - FRI)

I may also add in these two peptides:
KPV - 500mcg AM (7 days per week)
GHK-CU - 200mcg AM (7 days per week)

Notes:
- BPC and GHRP2 are injected in the injury location and all other peptides are subQ injections
- BPC, GH, KPV, GHK-CU are injected in the morning 30 minutes before any caffeine
- Week 4-10 can reduce BPC and TB to 80%

Good to see this post @jimmywolverine I saw your original it was a mess

IMO, there’s a lot more to recovery than peptides alone. You need to log your food, training adjustments, and sleep to know if the tissue is getting enough support to actually heal.

Peptides help cell signaling but collagen synthesis and tendon strength depend on total protein, micronutrients, and controlled rehab loads, so start a proper log to track diet and recovery progress before tweaking doses further. You have the base info here already add that with some pics and more info, takes 15min.

HOW-TO LOG?

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight, height, age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

This is much better brother thank you and it clears up a few misunderstandings.
As @LevButlerov so much more to recovery then just drugs.
You really should start a log so you can get ongoing help and advice from the evo fam.
All the best bro!

I agree with @LevButlerov on this one we need a full log profile of you to get your tendons healed. I had the same injury and it's starts on page 1 of my log and the peptides did help a ton but I had to dial in my diet, supplements, and add collagen peptide powder at high doses and also go slow in the gym and gradually work my way up to them healing. They do need some progressive overload at a very minute increase over time to help heal. You can't just take the peptides and hope for the best.

Also,
I may also add in these two peptides:
KPV - 500mcg AM (7 days per week)
GHK-CU - 200mcg AM (7 days per week)
If you add GHK-Cu this is sometimes called GLOW
If you had GHK-Cu and KPV this is sometimes called KLOW

I was using BPC/TB and when I switched to GLOW I noticed it helped. The PIP with GHK-Cu is pretty spicy but it's worth it.

@jimmywolverine Hopefully this works out for you, man. Injuries really suck. It's important to make sure you're balancing using these peptides and also changing up the way you train.

am i really reading this right? 12.5mgs a day is a huge amount of bpc. i have not seen those huge doses before i don't think

no need for those dosages. its too much and a waste. running peptides

You can certainly try this strategy but the dosages are insane. You're going to be spending a fortune on this. How much do you think you're going to end up spending on this? It's got to be like 1000 of dollars.

@jimmywolverine youre definitely going to have to add your food, sleep and training habits in the log!
