I wanted to get a good idea of what kind of supplements you guys take in the mornings before you go to the gym.
right now my schedule is like this. I have to be back home and take a quick shower and then go to work at 8:30 in the morning. and I like to work out for about an hour which includes time to drive to the gym and back. So if I get to the gym around 7 just to be safe what kind of supplements should I take before I drive
