Vitamin question?

Hi everyone I’m looking for a good vitamin that will help me with energy. I feel sluggish my first hr after waking up, and right after lunch. I have even changed my eating habits thinking that might be it .I usto eat hamburgers , sandwiches , or pizza for lunch. Now Ill have veggie tuna or a salad for example. It has helped me in not felling so heavy and bloted though out the day however I still feel tired and sluggish. What vitamin might help me with this ?
 
What are your current stats, and what does the rest of your diet look like? That may have a lot to do with it
 
Yes, diet is gonna be key here. If your diet is correct however, you may look into a good b complex vitamin. I use injectable b complex but you can get it in pills. There is just some question about absorption in this form.
 
you've done a number on yourself with poor eating habits... it will take some time but you should adjust... you have to change your lifestyle bro, which it seems you are attempting but you have to stay consistent with it... n2guard will be extremely helpful to get the vitamin intake you need as well... along with helping your cholesterol and blood pressure, which is inevitably fucked due to your past habits...
 
A good multi vitamin plus a good diet should help. B vitamins are best for energy or tend to be.
