I don't post very often but I read and I lurk on here and it is a wealth of activity and information so thank you to everyone
I had a question about Monstro, i noticed this guy on here over the past couple years and he was an absolute beast. He hasn’t been around in a while.

Did the old school crowd run him off the forum cause he spoke the truth or is he having some type of medical issues? I miss him and his advice on stacking insulin and HGH has helped me get to the regional level of bodybuilding.

I’m currently 5’7’’
225 pounds
7% body fat.

last i heard he was relaxing on an island off the coast of Spain on the beach and now this news breaks. horrible!

Yep. At a comp called the 'Big Man' event. I think he said he had 3 clients there. He was at another 2 weeks ago. Not bad for a fella that claims to struggle. I've even liked some of his posts on IG

I’m with Mobster on this he’s been all over Instagram lately. Maybe he’s busy with clients but I’m sure he isn’t dead.
 
He is probably just taking a break from the forums guys. This can be time consuming and happens all the time. He was offering advice and posting for free so remember that.

In terms of (with many replying) not bothering to read replies it's right up there. Monstro, of whom I'm no fan for his posts (follow him on insta though), is alive, kicking and posted a pic of him (to quote) 'working out as soon as I got off the plain' (sic) yesterday

I asked before 'what truth'?

There are two versions.

1) Is - 'what pros (and wanna-be pros) do we should do'.
2) The other is 'what works across the board'.

I'm a fan of the 2nd. That's cos saying you should take loads cos someone else took loads in order to not look like a pro might be a truth in your world but it aint in mine. Truth is Nalexander might wanna be a fan boy and copy what Monstro does but does he look like Monstro? Will Monstro up his doses until he really does a Death cycle level dose and look like (for example) Kevin Levrone? Nope. He could take 2x and it's not gonna happen.

Here's the thing and I say this cos I've been around a long ass time. In that time I've spoken to promoters and judges of BB comps. I've helped athletes get stronger, bigger and leaner. I've done that cos they asked and cos they knew of my time 'in' as it were. Monstro MIGHT get a WABBA pro card. But that's it. My gut says no. And he will never be an IFBB pro. No matter what level of PED use he takes it too.

He is 100% a muscular fella. Vascular as all hell. Better than 99% of gyms users and 99.99% of Joes in the street. But he lacks the separation between muscle groups and the aesthetic needed to be a level up. He's also not been as lean as he once was for years (age does that... as does high PED use).He's posted (I commented on it then) that he was once in a crazy, crazy shape way back. But to get that between the muscle lean he got stringy and I KNOW he prefers to be (as has been said) 'full as fuck'. He also LOVES being on stage. You can see he enjoys himself and why not.

If he's having medical issues he's not mentioned it
