[SARMS1] S-4 (Andarine) Log

squat day again
6 sets of full deep box squats 6 reps 300lbs this time
6 sets of deads regular
3 sets of deads sumo 225lbs.
lunges, used 50lbs dumbells in each hand

damn S-4 is making me strong
 
I took about 2 days off sarms, as I'm getting some vision sides and I've lowered my S-4 dose. The vision sides went away after I lowered the dose and took 2 days off. I'm thinking of doing 5 days on/2 days off.
 
going to the gym now will update with my workout
plan is to hit some dumbells, flyes and presses followed by military press

8 sets of military presses 225lbs
4 sets of shoulder press (seated) 80lb dumbells
6 sets of shoulder flyes (sides) 45lb dumbelss

this is 20% more than I did before S-4

I finally decided to run my S-4 (Andarine) log. My stats 6'1 231lbs. fairly low bodyfat.

First Day:
I didn't feel much, will update tomorrow.

I had vision sides, so I started doing 5 days on, 2 days off and I was maxing dosages at 50mgs/day for s-4.
 
I talked to WPA and he suggested I switch up and try a 6/1 protocol for my s-4 (6 days on, 1 day off) and it's doing wonders for me. Vision sides are less (but still there a bit). Yet Im getting MUCH stronger daily!
