Redam,Matty,Krazie - winter bulk challenge.

So are ya'll going to judge this by who can add the most weight and still have AB's??? Seems hard to judge b/c ppl place fat differently. I'd say each of you have a baseline %BF, video of the person measuring, along with a base weight. Then post contest do the same. I'd highly recommend the 3 point caliper method vs a scale b/c them thing s are WAAAAAAAYYYY off.
 
To me bf % doesn't matter. We r all pretty close in bf. I'm just under 10 you are probly about the same and redam is like 8%

Hey let's stay on topic here. Its a bulking contest. We r gonna go 16 weeks w no progress reports and no criteria? This all started as u challenging me on who would hit the weight first right? So if u put on 20 and I put on 10 I still weigh more than u. That's doesn't seem fair. Right?

Single. My reps at 315 are somewhat high. I'm weird, I bulk easy but get stronger at an average pace. My reps at some weights are obnoxious. 315 at 20 reps is my "pr" but with more in the tank. I've repped 225 bench for high teens but have yet to hit 315. I want 365 before years end hopefully.
 
I say, let's just go off by who has the best bulking physique at the end!

Both homie! Take measurements of bf% and height/weight for a raw number before, take same number after. Calculate LBM that way.

This is the best way to go about it. LBM gained is the best objective factor. I could bulk like a madman, but what good would it be if half of it was fat. I am doing a twenty weeker starting mid august so let's establish a time frame. August-January? I usually start cutting February.

I live 2hrs or so from Kraz. I can measure his 14% bf and take pics of his 6in calves as long as hes ok w it.
Than if he doesnt mind I can bodyslam him lol.

Arnold was 6'2 and his leg was the the size of your chest. You have 2 inches or so on me and only 16 lbs, not all being lbm, I look big because I am big, I'm not a skinny little bitch which you keep trying to imply you'd dwarf me in person which most likely is not the case.
 
How do u figure. I got you by 13 lbs. And I'm only 2% more bf than u which is nothing.

13 lbs, 3 inches, 2% body fat...most likely more red is lean as shit.

I find when we get to low body fats comparatively every inch is about 10 lbs difference, you should have red by at least 20 lbs lbm probably closer to 30.

16 lbs is a lot....when you are my height. 16 lbs when you have nearly 3 inches on me is comparatively not much at all. Like I said with the height difference its not 16 lbs of lean body mass and then comparatively in regards to our heights, I have more lbm on my frame than you do.

And I look just as good as u guys. So idk whatever u can say what u want. In person I'm fucking big. I wear an xl t shirt and I fill it out. You are leaner than me sure. But I can lose bf very easy if I try. Its all good.
