Approved Log My TRT to Winter Bulk Log

lay prayers? how are you doing those? and any pull ups for back?
for sure - you must have missed them in the log entry - wide grip pull-ups every back workout - going to add some weight next time.
Lat prayers - standing in front of a high cable machine and really getting a deep stretch.
 
Diet today (and most days very similar)

Brekky - Eggs with feta - ocasionally with a piece of brown bread toast
Morning snacks - Protein yoghurt and bowl of oats
Lunch - Rice, beef and beans - plus I cooked some brined chicken breasts to add to my lunches this week.
 
Lunch today - chicken satay with rice and beans plus the extra chicken breast

Shoulders get the volume sure but legs are the key.

Started my bulk this week with @GENTEXLaboratories Deca, Test 300 and DBol
Blood results attached from the last few weeks of running 150mg Test a week
Haematocrit good - renal function good - lipids at upper range but they always are - LFT's also good

that looks like heck of a tasty omelette try to do 5 eggs youll see the growth
