Yeah that's kinda life right, but I honestly don't think I'm ever going to have kids or be married. More likely than not it'll be a health issue
you never know, you might meet someone really special and she might want to have kids and you'll be willing to be flexible on that. At the end of the day just take life as it comes. Try to build as many skills and as much education as you can while you're young because as you get older it becomes harder.

True but I just don't see it happening we'll see tho, that's the plan I spent way too much of my life afraid of scenarios that I think could happen

And my right leg I had several sprains to the medial tendon, one from a bicycle accident, another from a bad leg raise that was all momentum, it buckled while planting poplar poles, then a bad landing, a wee sheep changed my knee, and it gave out while chasing a lamb a few months ago. My left was the same injury acting up for 5 years

Damn man, you're young too and already have all these issues. Hopefully you can get on some of these healing peptides and hopefully the injuries stay away.

On that one I will post daily at this stage once it get started. I'm moving into the chest block in the John meadows program i am doing. Oh and I guess it is time for the personal life updates. Firstly got my business done with my ex said what I wanted and gapped, I still have work (for now), some dynamics in my social group have changed and it feels odd. And it clicked two weeks ago that I actually am happy for once (just waiting for a kick to the balls), and just in general I'm just doing me and for once the world is just going with it. I'm probably going to another funeral soon, I'm going for my restricted test in a week if all is well, and it's looking like a pretty fun weekend coming up. I still have to figure out a better cover for my steroid use but it is what it is

I made some adjustments as of today, seeing as I cant eat more, I've reduced my rice portion a touch and added peanut butter and rice cakes to my first meal which is two eggs cooked in coconut oil. So an extra tablespoon and about a hundred or so calories. I'm not using the cheap one we have a large amount of the proper shit with like the oil that you have to mix. Still continuing on with the John meadows program I have been doing I'll miss day two to realign with the week so I don't get too muddled.

I'm doing task master, I'm loving it. I got into him via his YouTube videos over a year ago. His methodology just makes more sense to me than some others I came across
Awesome bro he had a bunch of good ones back in the day.

and yea he was such a wonderful human and a wealth of knowledge
