Finished my very first cycle about 3 weeks ago. Test E ONLY 500mgs a week. Results were ok, being a first cycle i dont have much to compare to and wasnt expecting to be the biggest and baddest after 1 cycle.. here is my PCT LOG
Waited roughly 11 days after last Pin to start my pct.. currently 1 week into PCT, I am following the exact guidelines i gained from the PCT video i was recommended to by PE FITNESS (Dylan)
At the moment my plan is as follows
-Clomid every day 50/50/25/25/12.5/12.5
-Nolvadex every day 40/40/20/20/10/10
- Aromasin 6.25 mg EOD
-Ostarine 20mg/day week 1-4 of PCT I could only get tablets of these from the Approved source.. As odd as that may be i would hope and assume they are legit.
-Cardarine 20mg/day week 1-4 of PCT
-N2GUARD 5 caps a day
A few have pointed out N2generate should be added however being an Australian it is quite difficult and very expensive to get these products. I am trying to find and Australian brand that somewhat compares to the N2GUARD etc.. As the shipping costs from US are quite high... Cardarine was purchased from s4s and was also quit expensive to get shipped however it is difficult to get in AUS... The rest of my stacks are purchased from the Ozpharm approved source on EVO as they have the best service and products i have been able to find..
DIET.. My diet has been fairly strict throughout the cycle and still is on a daily basis however i have allowed myself some odd snacks now to feel somewhat normal again while cycling off. Usually base my diet off BALANCED meals 6-7 time a day consisting of 30g protein (meat) carbs (rice,pasta etc..) and some vegetables and fruit throughout the day. With the snacks of NUTS or seeds inbetween meals.
TRAINING.. As always i train of how my body feels and tells me to train that day. I generally stick to the muscle targeting type of training consisting of 1 week of Metabolic stress training and the next week go all heavy for more sets with MECHANICAL Stress training.. I have only been back training about 7 months. Progress is slow however i am a patient person =]
Any advice/tips are always appreciated as i am a rookie to this stuff but love knowledge on everything i do and plan to do in the future !!
