MY PCT LOG

Novice Brother
Finished my very first cycle about 3 weeks ago. Test E ONLY 500mgs a week. Results were ok, being a first cycle i dont have much to compare to and wasnt expecting to be the biggest and baddest after 1 cycle.. here is my PCT LOG

Waited roughly 11 days after last Pin to start my pct.. currently 1 week into PCT, I am following the exact guidelines i gained from the PCT video i was recommended to by PE FITNESS (Dylan)

At the moment my plan is as follows

-Clomid every day 50/50/25/25/12.5/12.5
-Nolvadex every day 40/40/20/20/10/10
- Aromasin 6.25 mg EOD
-Ostarine 20mg/day week 1-4 of PCT I could only get tablets of these from the Approved source.. As odd as that may be i would hope and assume they are legit.
-Cardarine 20mg/day week 1-4 of PCT
-N2GUARD 5 caps a day

A few have pointed out N2generate should be added however being an Australian it is quite difficult and very expensive to get these products. I am trying to find and Australian brand that somewhat compares to the N2GUARD etc.. As the shipping costs from US are quite high... Cardarine was purchased from s4s and was also quit expensive to get shipped however it is difficult to get in AUS... The rest of my stacks are purchased from the Ozpharm approved source on EVO as they have the best service and products i have been able to find..

DIET.. My diet has been fairly strict throughout the cycle and still is on a daily basis however i have allowed myself some odd snacks now to feel somewhat normal again while cycling off. Usually base my diet off BALANCED meals 6-7 time a day consisting of 30g protein (meat) carbs (rice,pasta etc..) and some vegetables and fruit throughout the day. With the snacks of NUTS or seeds inbetween meals.

TRAINING.. As always i train of how my body feels and tells me to train that day. I generally stick to the muscle targeting type of training consisting of 1 week of Metabolic stress training and the next week go all heavy for more sets with MECHANICAL Stress training.. I have only been back training about 7 months. Progress is slow however i am a patient person =]

Any advice/tips are always appreciated as i am a rookie to this stuff but love knowledge on everything i do and plan to do in the future !!
 
Bros good pct layout as I said in your other thread ..

Bros n2generate 1 bottle is for 2mo… so even with shipping worth it … 3caps Ed month 1 and 2caps Ed month 2 ….would definitely add it ,I use on all pct

Bros you got more meal plan details? Because diet #1 in pct
 
I have a very basic meal plan at the moment. Usually consists of 120g beef mince 1cup cooked basmatti rice and 1 cup cooked vegetables 3x a day .. 2 eggs 60g bacon on 2 slices sourdough bread 1x a day .. 1cup oats with 1 cup A2 milk soaked overnight with tspoon honey and tspoon peanut butter 1 x a day and usually a protein shake after gym 1 hour before a meal and 150g chicken with 1 cup rice and 1 cup vegetables for dinner. All that with some nuts etc inbetween as a snack

If you can get n2guard, get n2generate thats a must as a test boost in pct, do it

but you can start your pct as the item is shipping, like 2 weeks of clomid/nolvadex
and your aromasin I would only use 3 weeks then drop

Today is day 7 since i started the PCT, I feel a little light headed, not very clear headed and a little bit sick in the stomach. 0 appetite. After some advice i will be halving my Clomid & Nolva and ostarine doses in hope that my body is just reacting badly to those as its my first time taking. Will update after week 2 !

It will take time to feel better.

Let's get an update day 10 too, what are you eating now?
 
Week 2

This week has been rough as. Every day is a struggle now. Staying motivated to workout is a struggle. I am very sbappy and angry alot. I halved my dose of Clomid and Nolvadex as one of them makes me feel sick and unable to do normal things. Still taking 20mg cardarine and ostarine daily along with n2guard and a test booster. Sex drive has gone out the window. For a first timer its a crazy experience, you dont realise how much your cycle is actually doing until you jump off. I am
Not enjoying the lack of motivation and anger however i am sticking it out. Any suggestions to feel abit more normal will be very appreciated at this stage

Hang in there. Week 2-4 is the hardest. It's the hardest 3 weeks and hard to handle yourself. Keep yourself in check and keep your head up, remember after week 4 it will get much better.

Reducing nolvadex is not a good idea, clomid is fine. N2generate use eD you using it?
 
I should have purchased it when i got the n2guard, it says out of stock now so i have purchased a Test booster here in australia. Most likely not as good as N2 but it is something. I will take up nolva dose back to 40mg for a couple of weeks and keep the clomid at 25mg. I think the clomid didnt agree with me at 50mg

clomid at 50mgs can be emotional so drop to 25mgs.

Yes you have to purchase test boosters upfront its an issue when you last moment it.
