Today's chest day. I had some fun on Incline throwing the 130s and 140lb dumbells 5 sets 8-10 reps. 5 sets Incline hammer press 3 plates each side 10-12 reps. Flat bench 315lbs/2 then did some NFL combine 225lbs/21 reps. Bodyweight weight around 205lbs
