Ate dinner out with the wife last night. Managed to keep it halfway clean. Burger in a lettuce wrap. I did have a few sweet potato fries but not many. This is about as close as I ever get to a cheat meal.

Breakfast this morning was 2 eggs and coffee. Taking a rest day today. First in 7 days. Gonna fast until dinner, thin I will do cardio and stretches after dinner. Chest day tomorrow.

Wanted to show everyone this stuff my wife uses since everyone thinks I'm eating breaded chicken. If 100% pork skin. A serving is 1/2 oz with 80 calories 0 carbs and 7 grams of protein. But, I'm willing to bet there isn't even a half oz on all the chicken I eat in one meal. Furthermore. I only have this maybe once a week or once every other week because I try to keep pork to a minimum anyway. So we are really talking about the most miniscule amount of anything at all. It's so little of it that sticks to the food that I don't even count the protein in my daily protein intake when I do have it, you'd literally have to eat it with a spoon to get 1/2 oz serving because the stuff weights nothing. Honestly it's probably more egg ilon the chicken from dipping in egg to get the pork crumb to stick. That chicken brest has nothing else on it but seasonings and then it's air fried. I'm definitely not fucking up my diet with bread.

Warm up with bar weight

Incline bench.
6x12 started with 190lbs and felt light so went up after 3 sets to 205 for the rest of my sets.

Dips
Body weight 5× failure

Close grip DB chest press
5x15 with 40lb DBs

Super set single arm cable over head tricep extensions with resistance band chest Flys
4x15

Tricep cable push downs 10lb with 15lb resistance super set with front delt raises. 15lb
4x20

Rest day yesterday was a game changer. Definitely needed it. Felt great today

Will do 30 mins of cardio after dinner tonight. Tomorrow is back day after work.

Post workout meal, 7 scrambled eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Ran out of time yesterday, got home late as fuck. Dinner was half a rotisserie chicken sitting in a car in a parking lot just to choke down the protein. Didn't have time for after dinner cardio so I woke up a 4am this morning and skipped breakfast to get in fasted cardio before work. Ran 30 mins on a 3.4 incline and walked 10 mins. Will do about 3 eggs and and about 6oz of chicken brest here shortly.

@TM173 i like the pull ups, try to do more if you can
meals are nice steak is #1 meal for growth
but you need to make that steak more rare :)

you do need more fats not much more, like 1/4th cup walnuts in the meals

and add psyllium husk

main problem with bacon is its a processed food. processed meats are a killer. i would eliminate it
Understood, I don't disagree. At the same time if I'm still in a deficit and keeping everything else clean I don't feel like 4 slices of bacon once in a blue moon is gonna make a difference. Especially when I don't really do cheat meals. I've still gotta keep my sanity here too.

I've been consistent with the diet and work out I've just been very limited on time with work so I haven't been posting as much. Problem I'm running in to now is between my busiest season at work, getting my workout in and cooking food, now it's starting to cut in to my sleep. I've literally been getting up at 4am to get the cardio outta the way. Rushing to work sweaty, working, then Rushing home to bang out a workout, cook food and cram 200 grams of protein in my face, shower and go to sleep as fast as possible. Haven't hardly had police to look at my phone this week. Will get some updates up as soon as I have some free time. I will say, my skin is starting to feel different. I'm noticing small changes.
 
fruit isn't bad for you it's full of fiber and electrolytes

Eggs are the easiest thing for me. I like em, I don't get tired of them, so many ways to cook them and I have way more than I could ever use for me, my family, my pets and pretty much every one we know gets free eggs just to get rid of the extra.

I'm a big fan of fasting. I do a 24-48 hr fast once in a while it helps my general health as well as breaking plateaus. I've even done 72 hr warter fast

Havent posted in a while. Work has got me rolling so haven't had any free time. But still here grinding. I've been incredibly consistent. I've upped my cardio. Started running 15-30 mins a day and then walking fast for another 30-45 mins a day. Diet has stayed on point and I'm another 5lbs down. Wanna get about 15 more lbs off. Cholesterol was a bit high on recent blood work but everything else was good so working on getting the Cholesterol down. I'll post some updated pics when I get about 5 more lbs off.

Anyone here got any thoughts, opinions or experiences with CJC-1295/Ipamorelin?

I will get some pics soon. Hoping to use the cjc and ipam to up my GH, help with tightening skin a little and better sleep. And maybe the extra GH will assist in leaning out and adding size.

So long as you have been training
I have been killing the workouts. Every day. I take a lite day about every 8 or 9 days and still stretching doing cardio and getting 15,000 steps in even on my lite day. It's just been grueling when it comes to time around work. I've literally cut out everything in my life that takes more than a few mins in order to squeeze it all in. Food has been consistent yet simple and it's just been a cycle of morning cardio, rush to work without a shower and stink all day. , get as many steps in as I can on my lunch break, rush home after work and throw my stuff down and warm up and walk on treadmill. Lift for an hour to an hour and a half then cram protein to hit 225g shower then straight to bed. Rinse and repeat and then meal prep on Sunday. The log updates, pics and post just get sipped. But I will get back on it. Should be caught up at work In a couple weeks. Good thing is that tight grind had got me in a good rhythm that seems to be helping me stay I'm a groove here and helping my discipline. So, what I'm doing seems to be working. Having some knee and elbow tendon pain though that's not bad now but I'm scared it's gonna slow me down if it gets worse. I'm unsure if I should push through and try something like BPC-157 or what. I really can't stand the idea of leup now because I feel like I've just got some momentum on the progress. Any tips on elbow maintenance?

So I thought, and it was kinda explained that with it stacked with cjc it kinda covered all my bases. I thought together they were like a GHRP. I was gonna throw IGF1- LR3 in down the line. Done some research and might throw Masteron in with my test for a while. Just thoughts and studying. Not trying to get to crazy on my first cycle. Made great progress just on TRT but it seems like it's tapering off and I'm pushing to get body fat down enough to see my abs and tighten my skin. It was explained to me that cjc/ipam would help with that. I have it on the way so I'll give it a shot and post any results. I greatly appreciate any experienced thoughts, input or guidance thought for sure.

Honest I was considering that. I was scared of what I've heard about the increase in hunger. Also am I correct in saying that HGH I'd a peptide and should be injected subQ nightly before bed? Or what is that the low down on taking HGH? Other though on it are: fuck I'd have to take out a fucking lian to stay on the shit for long!

Another thought: I was able to get a prescription for the cjc/ipam. Idk how to get prescription for HGH and I'm getting ready to have to get on a plane periodically. So having that prescription makes my traveling by plane a little easier and less stressful.

@TM173 if you can get cjc ipam prescriptions why not hgh? usually TRT clinics can do it anti aging

I used to fly some for work. Thats actually how i met my wife. Shes from Chicago but moved to NC and married my old ass. Now, my wife and mother in law got me flying all over the damn country. We fly to Arkansas regularly, then we usually go somewhere for vacation a couple times a year. Possibly flying 4th of July, then to Maine in September.
