Approved Log Testosterone Trenbolone Cycle Log - Let the gains begin🤘

I have about two weeks left kn this cycle and I could be more happier how this one went. I'll be 39 in July so when this is done it's back cruising around 120mg a week and I will finally start a slow cut. This was my best cycle to date as far as strength, physique, mind frame and sleep. I'm a UGFREAK slut and that's it.

Yesterday's Chest day I threw the 140s around for a few sets of 8. Flat bench a few sets of 315/4 and 335/2.

This mornings squats. I hit an all time PR 500lbs/3. 465/8. Full fucking throttle

Ok gottcha. It is good to see you like deca. NPP is my favorite. It has actual benefits. My shoulder is still in great shape after doing a cycle with NPP. Before I started I could barely lift without being in absolute pain everyday. The pain went away within 1 week of starting it. 4 weeks later off of it still in great shape like it was never injured. I swear to god NPP healed my shoulder.

Today's back day went full throttle. 4 sets bent over barbell rows all at 315lbs/10-12 reps. 4 sets T-bar rows 3 playes and a quarter/10-12 reps. Back supported, cable rope pull over 12-15 reps. I'm turning 39 next week and I feel like I still can rum circles around these young pups

Today which is 6/28/2024 is my last pin of this cycle. I ended it pretty much how I started it which was 300 test and 300 tren. I'm gonna do a deload week as I prepare my body to get back on a TRT dose of anywhere between 120-150mg test a week and be on that for a while. This was by far the best and most fun cycle I've run woth tren. Training at 3:00 am

This leg day was legendary to wrap up my final pin and start this feload week. I hit the biggest PR of my life on squats which was 315lbs/32 reps buy it wouldn'tet me post it hete cause it was a minute long. I also hot 405lbs/10 and on the 10th rep I took it straight to hell woth a nasty pause. 4 sets 315lb stiff leg. 4 sets 4 plates each side hack squat 10-15 reps. Deload then a nice cut after my 39th birthday July 7th

Chest and back. Low Incline 140 dumbells/10, T-bar rows 3 plates drop set to failure.

Incline barbell 257lbs/10 superset 275lbs/10 barbell rows
Incline barbell 245lbs/10 superset 245lbs/10 barbell rows.

High Incline 60lb dumbell flies superset pull ups to failure. The old ways are the best ways. Stop trying to over complicate things and try sticking to the real basics.
