I would keep it the same. You should be able to grow on what you're on. Just remember the higher the dose the harder the crash when u come off. Also more sides and the ability to feel like dog shit.

I probably would keep test and deca the same at 500 though.

Never have I hit 315 on the flat bench before and was able to get one clean rep after all the DB work. Feels good :)

How much of the IGF1 do I need? 1mg should last about 25 days correct if dosed ED at 40mcg. How long can you be in a igf cycle ? I also see the more readily available one is the DES which is more fast acting is there a big difference ?

DES is local injections for areas you want growth. Lasts about 2 hours.
 
4 weeks on 2 weeks off. They say that the LR3 version lasts about 10 days once you mix it. If you want it to last longer you must use the special water that is part acetic acid. That's what I did and it worked. I mixed 1 cc of the acetic acid mixture into the coal. Before injection I would dilute the amount per injection in the syringe with 3X BAC water in volume so it doesn't burn the site you inject.

4/2 works for sure I've had clients do well with it, always cycle off, good advice @RoidRage69
