Yes brother, I believe things are getting much better, but still keeping the weights light during workouts… I also believe that stack I am on the HCGenerate, Ostazol and Nutrozol677 are accelerating the healing process, since I started that stack over two weeks ago, I could tell daily the recomp affects and also the changes it was giving me in healing, energy and recovery, even my sleep is much improved!

Yes two items caramelized , it’s Vietnamese style brown cane sugar… my wife prepares my food now, I’ll ask her to cut down on caramelizing too much

Nothing wrong with a few days off the gym. I get your logic about trying to train everything beforehand but I would prefer a session with half of that and just let the parts that need extra rest have the days off.

Great idea brother, I have also been considering that, spoke with her about the gym and she is willing… will start on my next workout session Wednesday…maybe start her on treadmill and finish with body weight squats for a few weeks to get her accustomed you think??

That workout was nuts dude lol, I get you can't train sometimes it's better to just hit it hard but train less sets and volume, got to be careful when you train like that it raises cortisol levels in the body alot which isn't good for msucke building or recovery.

Thanks so much brother, will ad cardio… food is 6 meals a day, protein between 250-300gms daily. Wife rides with me in rig, does all the cooking, no more eating out everything is chicken/fish/lean cuts of pork, with rice and vegetables, fruit for dessert. ( every meal)
