I am taking time to enjoy the day, relax get my steps up and train 💪🏽


I took the next two days off work because I started having wacky sleep and I needed a mental break, I had a strange nightmare related to work, and I believe it was inspired by cleaning a certain room with big bloodstain in it etc.

Popeye's package arrived 📦 two days ago, but I pinned the test E today, yes it is grape seed oil and yes it is gorgeous 🤩 superb and smooth. Test E 250mg ml X 4 bottles and two bottles of his
l-carnitine 😏 very nice 👍🏽.

Alrighty the physique pics are from last night, I went to my chiropractor on tic and man was that a good decision, I feel a million bucks today. The book below is my morning blood pressure readings post cardio and a tonne of stims, I slept in because I had poor sleep and I called in and said I won't be able to work effectively.

Precardio stack;

1ml test E Popeye 💚
2ml l carnitine Popeye 🌿

IV: 5mg ipamorelin and 5mg mots C & 100mg NAD+

Intramuscular:
150mcg IGF each lat
4ml sassy's mast E
Another 2ml Popeye's l carnitine after breakfast with 200mg nad+

Subq: 500mcg glucagon precardio

Orals:
15mg yohimbine (10 precardio/5 before abs)
100mg empaglaflozin
80mg telmisartan ( switched back)
100mg 5amino1mq
20mg GW
1mg slu-pp-332

Officially out of HGH 😭

CARDIO AND ABS:
30min stairs @ level 11 + 5min cool down

Abs:

3 sets of crunches off the bench, slow negative, slight ribcage flare and a 2 second hold at the top
3 sets of 8 + 2 rest pause reps

Superset:
2 sets of lying leg raises 8 reps 1/1/1/1 tempo with a hold in the stretch and posterior tilt at the bottom

Superset with: hanging vacuums 15s and standing "abs and thighs" vacuums for 15s. So 2 rounds 6 sets( the last set of leg raises had two rest pause sets of 4 partials)
 
Some photos, breakfast was the mince plus glutamine 10g and I am taking tudca and berberine with every meal.

Breakfast 60g protein 30g carbs 14g fat

Lunch 60g protein 30g carbs 14g fat

( I count my steroids into the fat macros lol 😂)

Each meal had 250g cooked carrots, a TSP of MCT oil, Celtic sea salt, cinnamon and lunch had paprika.

the Popeye gear looks really good congrats
Truly underrated man, some gear feels like it's 20% underdosed, other gear it's overdosed but the consistency is poor, or even like with the mast from QSC it's a poor bottle and the metal cap has issues folding in and getting in the way of drawing up.

But from Popeye everything is A1, everything from the consistency of the oil to the ease of drawing up is amazing and these last few days I have felt really good, energized and healthy, so the oil hasn't been inflaming me at all. I did 1ml subq today and it didn't pump up at all, very good.

lying single hip flexor raises using a band attached to a metal fence, 8 reps then a 10 second rest and an additional 4 reps on the same side, keeping midsection braced. Switching sides then starting exercise #2.

Exercise #2, feet elevated russian twists, hands meeting at the centre and then one at a time bringing the arm out to the side palm facing up at shoulder height, maintaining elevated feet look at the hand, then bring back to the centre and repeat with the other side until technique failure.

Then vacuums 2 rounds standing, 2 rounds hanging, 2 rounds standing again, two rounds hanging again and finally two rounds leaning on the mail box.

I tried the iridescence at 2ml, dada at 1ml and amp at 1ml pre-workout, I felt Soo strong I felt I would tear my hamstrings or quads, super explosive and every set was brutal, but at the same time felt easy. Post workout blood sugar before the slin.

Okay a bit high today 7.0, I did wake up at 2 and eat some food and I shot 8iu Popeye's hgh prebed so given I'd say that is reasonable, however if my appetite wasn't so high at night and I slept through I assume it would be lower in spite of the hgh

your training is good but cross overs, you are doing them how?

Definitely need to get it down... My grandma sadly often has readings 7-16 so probably 200--350us. Somewhat of a thing I need to focus on. For me my body is sensitive liver and blood sugar wise.
I think with insulin and hgh use, hard to properly understand your actual blood sugar levels imo

I will link a photo in regards to your question above it's easier to explain visually, my gym is very crowded reminiscent of metroflex, especially the machine sections.

As for the blood sugar, I am slowly starting to gain an understanding. It seems the combination of fats and carbs is most severe, if I take my telmisartan and empaglaflozin I found I can have 100g+ of carbs with little impact on blood sugar, my last meal was 150g carbs and 30g protein from yoghurt last night and blood sugar was 5.2 so it's definitely possible to have healthy blood sugar. But not necessarily easy. Yesterday I walked around whenever it was high to bring it down... I am quite sick at them moment sadly my mucus is a Cavendish banana yellow 🟡 💛
 
Plan is to switch up the cycle however for more favourable blood sugar and pressure:

8iu HGH prebed, 2.5mg ipam precardio, 2-4iu slin pre-workout, berberine post workout.

AAS, .5ml test E daily or .8ml test E daily instead of 1ml, 400mg-500mg mast E daily based on feel. And then Anavar 1 cap pre-workout. Anavar and test from Popeye.

@Connorflex if you're sick, consider stopping insulin and hgh completely. Try to go on self-TRT and get your health back in order.

You should drop the HGH/insulin and just leave testosterone until you recover imo.
 
this colored mucus is definitely sign of an infection did you go to the doctor
 
a lot of times gear can suppress immune system. plus you catch things in the gym.

Hgh boosts immune function, I dropped all aas for the moment. Taking 8iu HGH prebed, some nad+ every morning, Ghk copper and some mots C. I also am using DSIP prebed. So nothing inflammatory.

I am using l carnitine before a walk in the morning and before higher carbs meals

This is Australia they tell you to do telehealth if you have any potential covid symptoms. Not to mention I was in the same area as covid. They will just tell me to stay inside my house for a fortnight

Monday I had a late start and poor sleep so I missed cardio...

Home time @4pm

Meal 3 @ 5pm 60g carbs from white cream of rice and 1.5 scoops hydro whey.

Additional 2.5mg ipam and 2ml carnitine then bus to gym

Intra: 50g HBCD and 20g EAAs 5g glutamine and 10g creatine, 1 scoop EPO+ non stim, 1 scoop zombie labs cross eyed pre.

Post: cream of rice and banana 100g carbs 75g protein from hydro whey.

Dinner I am sorry can't remember besides rye honey and kangaroo... It was like 450g protein and 800g carbs, 44g fat by the end of the night

why go intravenously with insulin? there is no need @Connorflex
its made for subQ, there is no need to beat up your veins unless you're getting some kind of rush from it

Wrong, it changes the duration of action, let's say I only want insulin active in the workout window, when my insulin sensitivity is highest and catabolism also. Then if I was to take Lantus subq it would last all day, vs IV Lantus lasts no more than 90min with the majority of effects within 1 hour. Why Lantus when I could have gotten a different insulin?

Well I have the option of using it as a long acting insulin or a very short acting so I have flexibility. Not to mention it has the highest binding to the igf-1 receptor of all commercial insulins. So on a unit to unit basis Lantus offers the most muscle growth of any commercially available insulin.

Second to Lantus is humalog and finally novorapid or I believe in the states it's called novolin R.

Also Popeye's delivery came last week, I have been slack to post for obvious reasons given the flu and work situation but I will post now, he sent two kits of his hgh the green top bottles they where in cardboard unlike the first box however they work just as well 🥇 no bloat at all.

he sent two bottles of carnitine which I ruined the labels by Dunkin' in hot water every day sorry not sorry. Very smooth no pip and it draws up the fastest of all l carnitine I have tried at this concentration, synthetek draws up faster but it's 200mg ml, which would make me a proper pincushion.

And finally some gorgeous Anavar, which is a new favourite of mine, anecdotally my stomach feels better than after ugloz Anavar so I sense maybe the purity is higher or the excipients less harsh potentially? If ugloz uses lactose powder or something that would make sense. All in all very nice 25mg capsules which is more appropriate than the 10mg in my opinion.

If you are not using high dose l carnitine year round what are you doing??? The offerings nowadays are so good, if not Popeye's, check out I believe chickins? Or even another vendor, there is soon to be another vendor selling l carnitine so we are honestly spoiled for choice, don't waste your money on fat burning pre-workout if you haven't maximised what you can get from l carnitine, don't forget it's anti-inflammatory, protects the heart and liver.
 
Logging for Popeye has been a pleasure and I cannot speak more highly of his products, the oils and carnitine especially are bar none, his hgh is the best I have tried yet and his Anavar and test suspension work a charm.

Even when I had a bad reaction to the glycol in the test base he was gracious, and he worked out a different plan with me on the phone 📱. I wish Popeye all the best when it comes to 💰 life and family.

I know some guys get a rush injecting into the vein, but there are huge long term downsides doing this.
Especially insulin, you really don't need to do it in the vein. Get a different insulin if you're concerned or go IM.
Just thought as I've seen guys string out on nubain after doing vein shots fyi.

True and false, think about the syringe size needed for nubaine vs the 31 gauge insulin pen tips, the smaller size is very damage free
