I’ve been fighting off a Flu type bug the past 2 weeks. Fri- today decided to lay off the weights a little bit and today I just did 4-5 sets of high rep low weight incline bench and some tricep exercises. I feel like I’ve got bigger and leaner somehow literally just in the last 4 days, just resting and eating lots. Calculated my daily average calories for the past two weeks was 4500 calories. My morning weight went up by 6kg from 87 at my lightest 2 weeks ago wt 87-93kg. I weigh at night sometimes, weighed at almost 97kg this evening. I’ve been getting crazy pumps throughout the day especially after I eat, if I train etc and I guess it’s the MK677. I’ve never had those fibers show up on the delts like they are now. I see what the Primo hype is about. Hopefully the deload will continue to do me well and I can push hard again.

Drop today after 36 days INTL from UG Freak, 3x Test 250 3 x Primo 200 all Para Pharma. Also a vial of Beligas Primo from DS I ordered Incase these didn’t arrive and I was out of Primo. Currently on 400mg Test, 300mg Primo, may up Test to 500-600 and Primo to 400-500mg. I had a sudden slight crash in eating,I had one too many cheat meals in and then couldn’t stomach my own food. Having to change things up with some lamb chops planned this weekend etc. sushi thrown in here and there. Training has been on a deload mode the past 5-7 days. 94kg weight first thing.

Be careful with the cheat meals you don't want to overload your gut health like many bodybuilders do
It just became easier certain days to hit calorie target with a burger or chicken and waffles. Then my meal prep of ground meat, eggs and potatoes started to taste bland and haven’t been able to return to it or definitely not the fish white rice ! Been using shakes and some sushi.

Some outside food like sushi, burgers etc mixed in with cream of rice with honey protein powder and dates.

But struggling with food a bit lately again, nothing seems to go down easy, seem appealing and I don’t get hungry much. Quads and delts - Tuesday

Squat

Worked up to 275 X 8



Lunges

1 warm up set then

30lb dumbbells X 18 reps



Lateral raises - worked up to 40lbs X 10 reps



Face pulls- 20lbs X 20 reps with up stretch with arms most reps

X 3 sets



Cable single arm rear delt flys

15-20lbs X 12-15 reps X 3 sets





Chest and Triceps’s - Wednesday



Slightly incline dumbbell press



Worked up to 100lbs X 12 reps



Decline hammer machine -

90lbs each side and did a super slow 12 reps X 3 feeling the burn slowing down more on negative.



Pec Dec

Always forget to note the weight on this but did 2 sets of 12-15 reps lighter weight extra slow feeling the burn then 2 sets as much weight as I could push for 4-7 reps.



Straight bar tricep push downs



Not sure the weight but the full stack X 15 X 3 sets



Plated tricep dip machine

90 each side X 25 reps

Really impressive INTL drop from PSL, barely over a week to get 240iu of GH. I like the Para Pharma growth I’m using at the moment, gives me a good pump and muscles feel rounder/more dense. This new stuff is in 40iu vials though.. that’s a first for me.

hows your food going up?
Struggling a little with food atm bro. I was In such a routine preparing up to 4-5 meals a day cooking 3. Now I’m just trying to get the calories and protein in from where I can,
Haven’t been tracking past 2-3 weeks but I estimate my protein being low around 200-230g, carbs probably 400-500g and Fat around 80-120. Im not growing eating under 4k cals, need over that so im waking up at 95kg and been at that for 2 weeks now.

I could’ve done 10m, thinking to restart morning fasted cardio again to help appetite.
Yea actually started with narrow palms in then palm out wide.
@Acerico34 i would get morning fasted cardio in, you can tighten that up always
i suggest cardio even when bulking, clean bulk is a great bulk, and cardio on cutting you cant miss so always perfect

yup try different grips it works , even behind neck
 
cycling your Foods is a smart decision
this will help you avoid allergies and intolerances
 
hack squat is looking good
maybe do a longer warm up though
 
for sure that is an exhaustive workout
your legs must be sore as hell the next day
 
definitely get the fasted cardio up and going
that will go a long way and let the appetite fly
 
a nice job man definitely keep up with the cardio
the more the merrier keep that heart strong
