Honestly I am getting my memory jumbled up so I will make it easy for myself and skip ahead to after I resigned, when I got back to training, starting this Monday I trained push, then rested two days and trained shoulders calves on Thursday.

I ate fish on Monday for meal 1 and 2 pre and post where cream of rice. I cut the intra down to 25g carbs and EAAs and added glutamine, macros where 450p 900c and 40f by the end of the day. I pinned 800mg mast and 1 ml test to restart the oils.

I upped the hgh to 16iu snd l carnitine to 5ml also , both from Popeye.
 
Tuesday and Wednesday where rest days, no training, however I managed an hour of cardio fasted, same for Monday and Friday. I cannot remember the macro breakdown for the rest days but I have some photos of meals. N

Atlantic flathead fillet, I have been doing my vacuums and hour of stairs on my rest days also, keeping the cardio consistent, this last week hgh @ 16iu body is transforming in spite of sleep and immune issues

Yes sir Popeye's hgh is a 160iu kit
If you are using hgh I cannot recommend you give his a try more, it's the only hgh I can run this high with no water retention or sleep apnea

It was a post for my Instagram, the context is a lot of guys limit themselves with mentality when it comes to training, a certain weight or number of reps or a certain depth is unachievable in their minds and is gatekeeped by fear. Remove the rev limiter, breakthrough that strength Plateau

Oh wait my bad this was Wednesday^^^ I just wrote it down on Thursday. some meals from Wednesday, end of day macros where 44f 450p 800c and weight was 103kg fasted 101.6kg post cardio. Fish for the two low carb meals in the am and rice cakes, honey, dates and Bannana plus whey pre-workout and cream of rice baked with whey and banana post workout

November the 15th Friday arvo, leg day

started the day with 50min stairs and an abs workout:

4 sets of crunches 8 reps
2 sets of lying leg raises 12 reps
2 sets of plate russian twists 5kg* 20 rotations total
4 rounds of vacuums half hanging.



My evening leg session (warmups not counted):

preworkout I had 1 scoop of zombie labs pre, two scoops of EPO+ pump and popeye's products: 2ml l carnitine, 100mg anavar (4 caps) and 5iu hgh

Seated hammerstrength leg curl belted in

Cybex hack squat heels elevated knees very wide feet hip width

30*10+5+5 rest pause (decreasing range on the rest pause to maintain intensity and the abilitiy to rerack, avoiding the lockout.)


Single leg, legpress cybex machine, seat all the way back and belted in

(to garauntee fullrange and a hip hinge. *my glutes where tight from excessive shots.*)

Ended up having the most frustrating convo with my dad about not getting a lift that friday, Honestly the call wasn't even so bad it is just I dearly miss my friends especially my old training partner, I was permabanned from a particular fitness first which just happens to be the only good gym nearby his house, a bunch of mainly lifefitness and hammestrength equipment, some astroturf, a boxing and calisthenics area and numerous freeweights. even has a sauna and pilates classes which is a big plus. Long story short he lost his mom to cancer and I witnessed the whole thing, we where praying for her healing and when she passed his heart was completely broken. I haven't really seen him often since, maybe 1 hour a month. we used to spend almost everyday offwork together and we shared 3 different jobs between 2020 and 2023 so we made money and enjoyed trainining together.

It was a tough battle to try and rejoin that gym, waiting over a year for new management, especially given I worked 5min away for that whole time. as I write this I still haven't found replacement work yet. I want to find something where the hours are flexible and the work achievable, the money I am not worried about as long as I can train and stay safe. As for other friendships? well they just drifted away, HSC, uni and work happpen and people spend their time traveling or partying and they find new social circles. The fact I refuse to Go out late and drink meant I no longer had any commonality with 99% of my old friends. Yes we went to a christian school, but just saying you are christian is very different from acting like you believe the bible is true and these guys would talk big talk about many things, but not many would walk the walk. Good students and many good men and boyfriends, but as for me and who I want to become I do not want to be like them.

This leads to a weird tension of wanting to actually spend time and glean wisdom from my parents, but with their new startup they are so tired they just wanna relax and chill. their dream is to start a company on the jetty and move from just a website to a booing generational business. the photos below are me at midnight on the long walk home after the leg session, shattered physically and emotionally.

I guess thing is supporting him along his mom's chemo brought us crazy close and we both got sober within a 18month period so I helped him stay sober. Even at my local gym where we talk etc about PEDs we are careful about pins etc being seen

Yes he does but obviously his peptide selection is not infinite. I am very intrested in peptides especially ones for heart health and sleep. so I do a bit of research outside of the normal forums. Unique stuff like ACE-031, GDF-8 and AHK-cu exists

Tuesday 27th of November

early start for once!!!

woke at 8:30am and I didn't snack throughout the night. morning weight 98.6kg

started the day with hydration and Ice and took an obligatory 3 dumps haha, next I pinned 1ml Kaizen blend (ran out of popeye's carnitine, this is chickens new product) which is comprised of 400mg l-carnitine and 300mg choline and 40mg NAD+. 40mg is a low dose but understandably as if you nick a vein the nausea can be brutal.

I then swallowed 400mcg t4, 100mg mirabegron, 16mg albuterol 20mg yohimbine, 20mg of GW-0742 and pinned my oils 500mg mast E on (training days) and 125mg of Popeyes Test E also on (training days)

I grabbed some coffee and headed to the chemist to grab my jardiance script. I got delayed but at least we got 1000 steps in before I got home at 11am. I took another dose of Kaizen IV'd some of Popeyes HGH and started cardio at 11:30 and did 45min of stairs once more, I also did 3 rounds of crunches off the bench 8 reps each with a pause in each portion of the movement. at this point my hgh was running low so I planned on not using it prebed.

Meal 1
finished at 1:15pm: a cup and a half of kangaroo and half a bag of veggie mix + 2 fish oil caps

remaining 16 rice cakes + honey and cinnamon
whey again 50g in a yo pro small yoghurt, 3 apples and an additional
2 slices of rye sourough and honey

3am snack 75g hydrowhey + apple + 75g cream of rice

end of day total macros 500g protein + 750g carbs + 30g fat
