you have the perfect meals, super legit no kidding at all broThanks Brother.. nah it's all me unfortunately haha.. I have a cooking business so it comes in handy
Yeah bro. I prefer raw jalapenos to be honest.Food looks great. I use jalapenos in a lot of my meals too. Such great flavour. It's funny too because people don't realize that raw jalapenos actually pack some pretty good heat! Most people are just used to pickled jalapenos that I talk to.
raw jalapenos damn that must be spicy manYeah bro. I prefer raw jalapenos to be honest.
And you're right Re: the heat. Just perfect majority of the times
So good hey. I even just do a easy salsa with tomato, onion, jalapeno and lime to go on top of a nice reverse seared steak. Love itI love raw jalapeños.
also red chilli is good tooSo good hey. I even just do a easy salsa with tomato, onion, jalapeno and lime to go on top of a nice reverse seared steak. Love it
Thank you broYou’re all over that meal prep. Nice work
100% bro.. like minded people trying to better themselves. It's the small talk from gym members that really makes it all worth it. I swear to god every week somone comes up to me and my wife and talks about how impressed they are of our commitment and progress over the year. It motivates and pushes me further.
@Wheelhouse87 this looks so bomb!Another Sunday Prep for Mondays/Tuesdays meal 1 & 2.
Asian Jalapeno Cashew chicken - 1kg chicken breast, 4 jalapenos, 1 brown onion, 1/2 red & yellow Capsicum, 60g cashews, 350g cooked rice, ginger, garlic, Kung Pao style sauce with low sodium/low sugar.
I like to velvet the chicken breast before hand so it doesn't dry out too much.
Makes 5 servings.
62g of protein per serve.
602 cals per serve.
Also, I've been starting to get some slight pain in my shoulders during workouts. Nothing crazy but I don't want it to end up bad.. any suggestions?
Ready for another big week of workouts.
Cheers everyone
Thanks bro!@Wheelhouse87 this looks so bomb!
I train guys at the gym so I have to talk to many lol100% bro.. like minded people trying to better themselves.
Such a small thing to one person can make the world of another
@Wheelhouse87 Incredible looks bro....keep up the good work........Hey guys,
Another week down. It's been flat out with moving houses but always still manage to get to the gym 5am. I have been having some really solid workouts and I have gone up weight on my lifts, legs considerably but I think I haven't been pushing myself to my full potential on legs previously.
Started my first day of putting 10mins aside at the start to get my stretches and mobility stretches in ( thank you @stevesmi ).
I can see my vascularity starting to get better on my pumps ... I'm guessing due to the EQ?
A quick little story for this week:
We have a very sweet, very fit older lady that works out in the gym. She is there all the time, always really nice to everyone - shes basically like the mum of the gym.
On Wednesday I was doing some sets on chest and she came over motioning to pull my Ear Pods out so she could talk.
She goes : " Mate! You have so much muscle on you now, you're getting thick! There are a few of us that can't wait to see you drop your last bit of weight so we can see it all pop. I've watched how much weight you've lost and I'm proud of you"
I'm sure you guys get this alot but I've struggled for the last year with my Self confidence & self worth.. it's taken me to some dark places and I knew I needed to change - hence why I'm here.
What she said basically made my whole week. I've felt like I haven't been moving forward at the rate I want to but it made me think about where I've come from when I first started roughly 7 months ago and weighed 23kg heavier.
Made me think - I've got a great life, great wife and a great family.. don't sweat the small stuff.
Anyway, sorry about the sooky stuff but hopefully it helps someone like myself.
I've also felt great on my sponsors new Anavar before my workout.. 20mg pre workout @ExodusLabs @exodus-labs
Stepping up cardio & been putting big effort into my Ab days.
Have a great weekend everyone![]()
Thank you very much bro@Wheelhouse87 Incredible looks bro....keep up the good work........

If its beautiful, its easy to eat
I actually agree that high protein is crucial, even if just protein shakes and bars.Sorry about the slightly late weekly update.
Finally cracked the 120kg markweighed in Friday morning @ 119.3kg (log start weight was 125.4kg).
Workouts have been going great, no pain or ailments.
@ExodusLabs anavar has been giving me great full pumps & also going to book in just before Christmas to get my bloods done to post up.
I've been enjoying my leg days even more lately. First time working inner thighs last week on the abductor machine (I've just never really used it) and man! I struggled to walk for a couple of days
I spoke with @Eddie Haskell earlier in the week as I have some days were I struggle to eat my meal 2 for the day and wanted to know if "Protein is protein" and if I would still build muscle the same if i subbed a protein yoghurt/protein powder for a meal. He suggested mixing the 2 which I have been doing.
I kind of want to cut some calories also to drop my last 9kg quicker but I don't want to substitute muscle gain.
My aim is to still hit my protein goal each day but lower calorie intake to more of a deficit than I'm currently in.
I know whole foods are always going to be better for added nutrients but interested to hear people's thoughts if I'm correct in thinking I can sub a meal out for the same amount of protein in a yoghurt/powder combo.
To be honest alot of times I'm actually not that hungry for my meal 2 lately anyway.
Couple of photos attached from this week and a photo of one of my Tuna,Egg,Cucumber salad for lunch Thursday/Friday - I do like these salads as they are nice and light. It's pretty hot in Oz at the moment too so it's good on a hot day.
Have a good Sunday everyone
A special thanks to my sponsor @ExodusLabs always checking in to make sure I need anything. He goes above and beyond for his loggers
The good ones are shrugs, those are obvious, but deadlifts with a tight shrug on top are perfect.Also... trap exercises for big traps!what's everyone's go to? Is it just Shrugs or are there some better workouts to grow them?
Definitely agree I need to hit my protein each day without fail bro. I just always worried that protein out of meats etc would be different than protein I got from Shakes/bars/yoghurt but I'm guessing I am reading too much into it and as long as I get the protein regardless I will build muscle?I actually agree that high protein is crucial, even if just protein shakes and bars.its a lot better than not getting the protein intake up.
Great cheers broThe good ones are shrugs, those are obvious, but deadlifts with a tight shrug on top are perfect.![]()
@Wheelhouse87 protein is key to muscle growth and anabolic environment in the body, so for sure it will help build mass and muscleDefinitely agree I need to hit my protein each day without fail bro. Like I have said throughout my log - I'm not a PT, nutritionist or pro.. I don't know all the info so I take whatever you seasoned guys tell me is the go
Thanks for your reply

This is great to hear bro.. thanks heaps@Wheelhouse87 protein is key to muscle growth and anabolic environment in the body, so for sure it will help build mass and muscleof course if you eating soy protein thats different that whey but your plan is perfect, get the protein which way you can in your personal situation.

Nothing for me. Some of my grip work works my traps indirectly.Also... trap exercises for big traps!what's everyone's go to? Is it just Shrugs or are there some better workouts to grow them?
google or youtube eagle pose which is a yoga position.Guilty... I'm not bro, should I just YouTube shoulder mobility stretches or something similar?
Thanks for that bro.. going to look at all that todaygoogle or youtube eagle pose which is a yoga position.
you will see right away how poor your mobility and flexibility is. when your shoulders get like that you open it up to tears. pro athletes of every sport i don't care if they play football, soccer, bball, MMA whatever have been stretching since they were kids. go to a football game early and you will see players spend MORE TIME stretching and warming up then they do in the actual game. why? cause it prevents injuries! but guys like us are too egotistical to do all that. i know cause i was like that too and it led to my not only tearing up my shoulder but also getting herniated discs.
since then i am anal about mobility work and stretching. yoga is a big help. go to some classes and learn and start implemnting it. i make sure i warm up before training and i make sure i spend a good 20-25 minutes after stretching
Thank you bro - very appreciatedI think you're hard on yourself. You're a big dude.
You got some big size on your friend, keep it up.
Will do. Checking it all out once I'm home from.work todaybros listen to steve advice.
i started yoga after my plumbing accident, had to take a year off training but then i came back strong.
Great to hear. Cheers broIf you're not hungry for your second meal, then don't even bother with it.
Especially since you're doing sort of a recomposition.
Always happy to help an EVO family memberThis is great to hear bro.. thanks heaps
I'll look into them. Thanks broHang cleans build biggest traps

@Wheelhouse87 there are many protein bars without sugar alcohols in them, find those, not sure your access there but 90 you'll have clean no sugar alcohols protein bars availableHey guys,
Another big week down. Nice and close to the festive season now, I knock off work next Wednesday for a few weeks with the family.
Bit of insomnia this week unfortunately- hit the gym at 3.45am this morningcouldn't sleep.
Had some solid workouts this week and no injuries which is great.
I've found out that my guts do not like protein barsafter googling it seems "sugar alcohols" can contribute to this.
I've attached a little video from this morning. Open to any form criticism and advice from you guys.
Have a great weekend everyone
Oh that's good to know they make them without alcohols. I'll look into them - I'm positive I'll be able to find some also bro.@Wheelhouse87 there are many protein bars without sugar alcohols in them, find those, not sure your access there but 90 you'll have clean no sugar alcohols protein bars available

There are more natural protein bars, higher in carbs but worth it if you cant handle sugar alcohols.Oh that's good to know they make them without alcohols. I'll look into them - I'm positive I'll be able to find some also bro.
It took me 2 nights to figure out what it was making me feel bloated and pain in the guts

Milk thistle is a good startHey American Amigos,
Is N2guard worth the money? I am finishing up my Anavar cycle and I have been taking Milk Thistle the whole time but I'm thinking of stepping up protection with N2guard for next time if it's worth it.
I haven't had any issues but I'd rather be well protected.
Cheers
That's good to hear it is designed for us. I like the sound of that.Milk thistle is a good start
But N2guard is worth it, they made it for steroid users with a Tudca base ,and they support the EVO familybut not sure what the shipping situation is to Australia, seems a few AU guys posted about using it so they are able to get it
N2bm makes n2guard check their siteThat's good to hear it is designed for us. I like the sound of that.
I'm pretty sure I have seen it for sale and I can get it, if not I am sure someone on here could point me in the right direction.
I'm not too worried about the cost if it's the best I can get for some protection
There's a heap of stuff in it. Would you still take other vitamins on top of this also? Vitamin D, E etc or does this have enough in a single dose to drop my extra Vitamins?
It’s a full multivitamin, I take 7 capsules ed and don’t use a multi or D as it has a good dose, unless I’m sick then I’ll bump D to 10,000+There's a heap of stuff in it. Would you still take other vitamins on top of this also? Vitamin D, E etc or does this have enough in a single dose to drop my extra Vitamins?
Just to clarify - do you mean 7 capsules of N2guard? Or 7 capsules of different supps? It’s a full multivitamin, I take 7 capsules ed and don’t use a multi or D as it has a good dose, unless I’m sick then I’ll bump D to 10,000+
You can replace your multi with n2guard, I think that was meant with this supplement![]()
It’s a 210 capsule bottle so 7 capsules of n2guard per day, 30 days, I think that’s how they get those 42+ ingredients in thereJust to clarify - do you mean 7 capsules of N2guard? Or 7 capsules of different supps?
you're looking real strong stillHope everyone had a good Christmas.
Still been heading to the gym but haven't had time to update in the last week.
