ohh sick yeah I'll check those out. really appreciate the help bro. been training for 6 years now, started off with bodybuilding and slowly worked my way into powerlifting which my primary focus is on now. never really cared much about PED's until I started powerlifting as I realised i actually had potential to break some national records, my current lifts are 240, 150, 245 sbd at 82kg BW. I have a coach at the moment who gives me programming for my training and recovery, where all my nutrition is something I've told him I prefer doing on my own, currently sitting around 3,200cal p/d to slowly increase my weight as I also work a very labour intesive job. main concern is for my recovery and strength, for obvious reasons, any help regarding ped usage is great as like i stated, I'm not too familiar with it.
