Brother I think you might be onto something that I've been wondering. I think I've slipped over years with time between sets and exercises. Failure and pump. Just general intensity and smashing sets and exercises. When I was 18 I had triceps development that I've never come close to even with steroids... That's saying something. I mean I trained light and I kinda was weak as piss then. But that's bodybuilding and I think I gotta go back to what I was doing then. Done some time when 21 and the heavy training done in there with a powerlifting Aus legend probably changed my training without me realising how much it really changed. But I have no interest in powerlifting or how strong I am tbh.How much time do you plan on taking between sets and are you taking a break halfway through your workout?

Especially training logs. Foods eaten and diet. Everyday I'm progressing just from the hole I been hiding in and in time it will show. Thanks everyone I gotta leave my log alone for now and train. Look guys I know this is rough. I'm taking alot on so please remember that. I'm a guy that has never been involved with anything online. Everyday I'm working it out and the etiquette, neatness, layout will improve. I need to get into other ppls logs guys because I want to. I'll pick up alot quicker because this is sloppy af. Diet is starting. Steak tonight. I'll address all this other stuff that my brother's have mentioned when I can. I've gone from a sleeping depressed unmotivated bored man to bang in about ten days. My head's atiny bit overwhelmed. Hoping soon I can get to the post office to get my products. Still only test e 250mg per week last 3/4 weeks. Trt before that. Boys I'm a sufferer of Anxiety. This is all so great. Emotionaly it's abit overwhelming, in a good way. But I wanna say that I'm not perfect, and I wanna make you guys proud. I know there's no pressure. My anxiety sometimes tricks me that there is pressure. Because I want to give back what you guys are giving me. Let's come back here Sunday guys.... What do you think... Because then I can put my mind to other logs for what I need.
