Brother though you didn’t hit the 110kg target you had set out to you made tremendous progress and improvements elsewhere. You should be proud and happy with what you have achieved and learned and mostly getting excited with what you can do in 2025. Awesome work bro!

I started doing this last September, to and from work each day. Crazy what I have learnt from these podcasts in that time although some days I would get 3 episodes in a day haha.

Hey guys,
Slowly getting progression on my leg workouts.
Up to 85kg on my seated leg curls, really enjoying leg days.
I started upping weight on my leg press but I started getting some pain in my very lower back near my tail bone (I have a history with disc issues there) but wondering if it's my form problem and that the load shouldn't be there?

The picture I've attached is actually of today's workout which did not entail legs, so no leg pump and i don't know why I took a leg shot but I was just in the zone 😂 I've never had big legs but I'm liking the progression.

I started Tesofensine about 2 weeks ago and starting to feel some appetite suppression and generally good well being.

Few food pics :
Chicken, egg & Cucumber salad
Eggs with homemade chilli oil
Satay lean beef mince with veg

Been nearly a week in using it. Myself and my wife have seen a difference already with less bloating and less upset stomachs for my wife.

Thank you bro - very appreciated. Seeing a few of you guys and your leg definition has given me good drive to try build some thick stumps 😂 i always use to cringe doing legs in my young years but now look forward to it.. funny how things change.

Good to hear the back pain can happen from time to time as I was worried it might have been some kind of bad form on my part. I'll get the wife to infrared it tonight and hit it with the gun massage machine 🙌 also look into yoga.

Even though my log is wrapping up shortly I am stepping up some conditioning.
Still trying hard for my goal weight and need to keep it going through my cruise to give myself a good platform to start with on next cycle.
Did some prep for Monday and Tuesdays Meal 1&2.
1kg of lean chicken mince, 2 bunches broccolini, brown onion, basil leaves, garlic and low sodium soy sauce.

Bros, very impressive that you're getting that much on the seated leg curls. And yes, I enjoy leg day as well, especially when you're healthy.
Thank you brother... sometimes I feel my pumps aren't as crazy as what they could be.
What kind of rep range do you do? Been watching some old Lee Priest & Platz workouts when they are hitting 20+ reps! I did try the higher rep range out just for legs and found better pumps.
Interested to hear what other people do?
Every other muscle group I'm fine with normal rep ranges

Leg curls are crucial.

You gotta balance the lower body as much as the upper body.
Thanks brother.. I almost feel I've got the most definition (not that it's heaps) from leg curls over other movements.. I could be wrong but it's just my opinion from watching over time.

My favourite prep is different mince meats with Veg. Easy on the run meals and prep work.
I do like to keep carbs a little bit on the lower side but I don't get hunger problems from having them low. If I did I would incorporate more rice etc

Yeah brother hook in! You can even add some fresh Dill,Mint and squeeze of lemon to turn it into a Tzatziki style dressing with the yoghurt if you're into that kind of stuff 🙌🙌

So many different ways bro. I make this nice Vietnamese style "Pizza" called Banh Trang Nuong.
You use a rice paper sheet as the base, scramble eggs and pour on then Pork mince or other mince on top with some fresh herbs, bean Sprouts etc.. combination is endless.
The rice sheet being super healthy alternative for a "Pizza"

We do all kinds of ones at home. Kids even have bacon and egg style ones for breakfast 😂

Have had a couple of cruisey days as I tweaked my neck a bit having a Cartwheel competition with my daughters on Sunday arvo 😂.
Not as young as what I thought haha.

Did a leg session Monday to give it a rest and then got back on the Jiu Jitsu mats for the first time this year (not the best for my neck!) But I couldn't pass up an opportunity to train with a Travelling Coach from another gym.

There was a photo taken after the training session last night and it wasn't until I pulled up a photo from 1 year ago after a Jits session that I realised how much of a difference I've made with my body.

Nearly 30kg down from the side by sides (not the best comparison photo) but noticeable.

Had a bit of a slower week in the gym. Was nursing a slight neck injury from Sunday after having a Cartwheel comp with my daughters 🤦🤦
Either way, got a couple of good leg sessions in and still got to put some work in but I just stayed conservative on the weight amount and also stayed away from Shrugs etc.

I've also found this week is the first week I've started to feel joint pain in knees & elbows. I feel next time i run this cycle i might incorporate a low dose of Deca for some joint lubrication?
Too late to start now I think as I am nearly at the end of this cycle.
May even look into TB500 and BPC to keep on hand next time just in case.

Thank you brother.. it's the first time I've ever really had some kind of lats or V at all. Still heaps of work to do but I'm walking into local places or seeing family members that live far away and they can't recognise me from the 30kg heavier version 6 months ago.. it's definitely a motivation driver to keep working hard 🙌

At the end of the day, he may just have to change the way you train.

Just finished up a day at the beach celebrating Australia day (it's today) what better Aussie way then Beach and BBQ..... no shrimp on the barbie though 😂

I do flexibility stretches mainly for my jiu jitsu training but I may have to look at adding some other stretches. To be honest alot of the stretches are lower half so I may have to look at some for arms/shoulders 👍

Do you guys just do the BPC and TB subcutaneous? Or should you try get it around the sites that are giving you drama?
Also what kind of dosage to aim for?
I would try to get both bpc and tb closer to your injury, within reason. Pin it around painful sites. :D

One training session short this week due to Australia day long weekend on Monday. Spent it on the beach with the family enjoying our beautiful country with some tunes.

Neck has been feeling better since resting up so it was into back day today. Just started incorporating some high rows with the pull up bar and can feel it really working my traps and upper back. Hooked into some Shrugs aswell since my neck was feeling good.

Worked calf's quickly and some seated leg curls also - skipped leg press as my lower back tail bone was feeling a bit "iffy" this morning.

Forgot to meal prep (Public holiday threw my routine out of whack) but stayed solid with protein numbers by eating Roast chicken over the last couple of days with some protein yoghurts on the run.. not really any carbs but I have felt good regardless.
