Had last shot of tren 3-4 days ago and am already noticing core temp returning back to normal,no more heartburn/reflux,and feeling alot better,at the moment all I'm running is 800mg test per week till my EQ gets here and I'll start at low dose 200mg a week see how it go's.

Hey brother,food wise it's just some basic tasty meals...Sunday bacon,eggs and toast,pasta with pork and beef mince,beef stroganoff and homemade fish,squid and chips....floured and cooked in olive oil

Had a couple days off which seems to have done wonders for me atm since iv been feeling like dog shit coming of the tren the past few weeks,iv basically dropped the gains I had and am back to the start of bulk but things are looking up and the show must go on to salvage what I have left of this bulk.

Just finished a good old Saturday leg session,feeling fucking pumped up again and back to normal levels also started EQ today so I'll be ramping the training up fast and hitting some decent weights again to really bring this bulk home💪

Can someone who's used supadrol tell me what 50mg preworkout should feel like cose it feels weaker than 100mg anadrol to me.

It's the best desert with ice cream,I think the gf makes it with cooked apples,cinnamon,raw sugar as the base then protein oats with shredded coconut on top,she mixes the protein oats up with butter so it gets the crumble on the top...it's pretty darn good👌
