First off, full disclosure — this vial was gifted to me, but that won’t change my review.
I’ve been working with Sydney City Supplements for a while now and logging the gear I’m on currently running Deca, Test, and Mast.
I’ve been a bit on and off with training and diet lately, and while my blood results are showing the gear he's supplied is top notch. I haven’t put on the size I was hoping for. (Totally a me problem, not the gear.)
So he suggested trying Dbol pre-workout. I’d never used it before but had seen all the YouTube videos and reviews. I knew it was meant to put on size, but I was super worried about water retention. I bloat pretty easily, and the last thing I wanted was to look even more puffy than usual.
After a bit of back and forth, I decided to give it a go.
The vial arrived super fast — within a couple of days — and I started that Monday.
Day 1 – Leg Day (25mg one hour before, as advised)
Honestly, didn’t feel anything at first — no crazy energy or tingles — so I figured maybe all the hype was BS… until I started squatting.
I began with 70kg (same as the week before), felt good, moved to 80kg — still felt great. Then jumped to 90kg and realised I’d just added 20kg over my previous PR. Massive strength jump, and I had to double-check my logs to believe it.
Day 2 – Chest Day
Didn’t feel a huge strength boost, but I’ve had some shoulder issues lately, so I couldn’t really push.
Day 3 – Rest Day
Not taking Dbol unless I’m training.
Days 4 & 5 – Arms and Shoulders
Same story — not crazy weight jumps, but I was able to go longer and keep form solid. Felt strong.
Day 6 – Rest
Day 7 – Combo Day (Back into Chest & Arms)
This is when I noticed my chest opening up more, and my shoulders finally giving me a bit of extra movement. Felt easier to push the weights up again.
The second week was much the same — consistent strength, fuller muscles, and visibly different.
Shoulders are popping, chest has thickened out, and arms are finally looking how I’ve wanted.
Yeah, I know a lot of it’s water weight — but this was the goal, and it’s worked.
Face bloat is there but minimal, and my belly hasn’t ballooned out like I feared.
I tested both 15mg and 40mg, but 25mg seems to be the sweet spot for me.
Attached are two pics — one from two weeks ago, and one right before a workout (so no pump yet). You can really see the difference in the traps and shoulders.
