WORKOUT:
Low incline BB bench
Pec deck
Smith machine flat bench
Lying cuffed cable side raise
Seated BB shoulder press
Rest Pause side delt raise
Cable front raise
I personally opt for the barbell over dumbbells. As I half tore my tendon off my shoulder to chest earlier this year. And now when I throw the dumbbells up, my left shoulder just can't catch it. So im working around the set back.... and I personally have always like the barbell lifts over dumbbells.
Food is now down to 3100cals with 2 high days of 3600.
