just finished my re-feed week as of last night. Back down to 3400 cals, for now. Awaiting my new food plan as I write this
This week is also my de-load week (hated but very much needed)
Leg session on de-load was nice and light. Half the weight as my usual sessions and only worked for a pump.

Bid deload is done, back on track now.Finally off de-load week! Felt like an eternity haha. Back into the hard work.
Today's session was chest & shoulders.

Low incline BB bench
Pec deck
Smith machine flat bench
Lying cuffed cable side raise
Seated BB shoulder press
Rest Pause side delt raise
Cable front raise
I personally opt for the barbell over dumbbells. As I half tore my tendon off my shoulder to chest earlier this year. And now when I throw the dumbbells up, my left shoulder just can't catch it. So im working around the set back.... and I personally have always like the barbell lifts over dumbbells.
Food is now down to 3100cals with 2 high days of 3600.
