Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

The only peptides i ever looked into were bpc and tb and that too was cause of this group. I will look into the ones you mentioned.

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed.

Machine presses 4x10 130lbs
Barbell bench press 1x10 2x7 185lbs

Cable flyes 3x12 40lbs each side

Treadmill 25 mins 3 speed varying incline

Only 4 exercises today. Felt weak on the bench and shoulder didn't feel good (even on the pecdec it was hurting) so i backed off from the presses. I did skip bpc 2 days on Thursday and friday as it felt good before but injected last night along with testo, will inject again tonight. Gonna get some food in, was feeling sleepy all the time today dont know why even when yesterday was a rest day.
+ I wanna move away from keto now, i do not think its sustainable for me anymore - its definitely helping in losing fat but its also counteracting and making me weaker i think. If i go super high on protein i feel powerful but then i lose keto in less than 24 hours.
I also feel that my metabolism has improved a lot so thats a good thing and uping my carbs will actually help.

Friday Back workout

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed 10 mins 0 incline 15 mins 3 incline

Pullups (slight assist): 3x10
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs
Dumbbell rows: 3x12 75lb dumbbells
Meadows rows: 3x12 70lbs on the platform.
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x12 187lbs
Wide grip pulldowns: 3x10 170lbs

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed (10 mins 3 incline 15 mins 0 incline)

Super solid reps. Will go to 12 reps next time on the exercises i had 10. Felt amazing throughout the workout and was able to do a total of 6 exercises rather than the usual 5 i do. I was well rested as well. Checked my keto, lost it. I think it's cause of higher protein as you guys have said before and the weight hasn't gone below 97kg stably yet.
I have to say thou, more protein definitely makes me feels good, energetic and powerful throughout the workouts.
I am going on a 48 hour fast again, will not have any more food today or tomorrow, but on Monday, will post keto and weight then again.

you are heavy, a lot of bodyfat, you truly need to work on cutting down. We can do this on non keto but thats much more difficult as your body is going to use glucose not fat for energy. I highly suggest you cut your exercises, increase cardio and stay on keto if you want to lose more bodyfat. @zucchini

Damn lucky bro! It was a luxury back home I took for granted, meat, dairy, was always fresh and if you wakeup early enough, you can even go and see the slaughtering and choose the animal you want meat from!

YEah man i have been pushing it alot but fucking cardio bro. Right now i am doing 25 mins pre and 25 mins post workout in addition to my kickboxing and jujitsu 4 times a week. Any more cardio and I'll die. I think of nothing but rice and bread and pizza and cake and ice cream when i am on the fucking treadmill 🤣

Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 50lbs (same idea as the 1st exercise)

Dual cable rear flyes 6x12 25lbs each side

I doubled up some exercises and changed some cause the gym was extremely busy today and i changed stuff like i always do to accommodate my workout.

Everyone hates cardio but this is the key to getting you lean.
Ketogenic diet with cardio should use a ton of fat for energy during the cardio time. :D @zucchini

Gonna drive home when this bitch of a cardio and then head home to cook ground beef and devour some! Will be an off day tomorrow. But a lady from jujitsu invited me to go to hot yoga with her, will be my 1st time so lets see how that goes.

Cable flyes 3x10 40lbs each side (last 2 reps on all 3 sets were partials)

We have already talked about why i am not able to lift more cause of depletion of glycogen but I've figured out that i have more of problem (shoulders) when i am pushing weight straight up, either at a flat bench or at a seated machine press or if i am pressing up the nipple line towards the head (incline barbell press) i dont have alot of trouble pushing decline where i am pushing away from the chest a bit towards my lower body. Also on the pec dec, the strech and contraction of the right shoulder does get to me.
I think i will switch over to flat dumbbell presses and incline dumbbell presses and maybe even swap pec dec for cable flyes and do more of those since i already incorporate them in my workout, from the next time to work around my shoulder issues.

Sorry i haven't posted for the past 2 days and been mia even today... Was just invested in some politica here in Canada and the outcome left me heartbroken and fucked my mood.
Really no energy to stay online right now.

But just wanted to take some time out n post that yesterday i did legs and a cardio and a big kickboxing session. Food was beef and that shitty keto tortia with shit for fiber but fiber. and today was an arms day.
Not feeling much.

@zucchini 10 pins of test, you might not feel sides. I dont think you should get off or PCT, you should stick to self TRT IMO.

You're saying you had a day with psyllium husk only?

Seated machine press 3x12 120lbs
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 60lbs
Upright rows ez bar 3x12 70lbs bar
***Starting feeling weak after upright rows***
Reverse pec dec 3x12 120lbs
Face pulls 3x12 60lbs

Ok so, I have been on a 48 hour 0 calorie and gonna eat when i get home today. But something happened, i picked up 60lbs dumbbells for seated presses like i usually would, but half way up i almost passed out, i saw starts and couldn't lift the dumbbells. Didn't feel like i was weak but almost passed out. So i put em down, reset Myself and tried again. Couldn't go up again... So i just let it be and moved to machines. Felt that almost blackout effect all thru the workout today and decided to NOT do post lift cardio instead driving now to go get groceries.
Guess i depleted myself alot this time.

@zucchini bros pct should be 6-8 weeks IMO.

and i would do clomid 20mgs, nolva 10mgs and hcgenerate 5 caps a day. perfect pct to start with. you can run gw too if you want

I looked up hcgenerate, that's just a natural test booster, I can get it easy. What is GW?

I will stay on Trt as I am right now for atleast 2 more months, till the start of July. then I will see what to do.

@zucchini you should make that choice whether you want to stay on or come off and pct. it really is your decision but don't run it longer then 15 or 20 weeks if you plan on pct
