Approved Log Pre-Cycle Log - Recommendation/review on my (planned) micro dosing cycle.

Going to the gym in about an hour. Have shoulders and Cardio on the menu today Followed by some groceries.
Will post weight and Keto update today.
Guys I have a question,

So I have been taking 0.5ml of Cyp every 4th day from 26th of March. The times/days I have taken it are as below:
26th March
30th March
3rd April
7th April
11th April
15th April
19th April
23rd April
27th April
1st May.

So far, it's been 10 pins of test which is a total of 5ml. I don't feel any side effect or anything bad (Which is good ofcourse) but I want to know, should I just stay on this for as long as I want or should there be a set time I should get off it and go for PCT. And whenever I decide/should go off, What should be my PCT protocol (How long to wait after last pin to go on PCT, what should be the dosage and how often and for how long?) if any? I can get Nolvadex and Clomid super easy.

Went to jujitsu in my lunch break today, mind eased up a bit.

Back workout

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed varying incline

Pullups: 2x10 1x8 no assist (super happy with pullups - these are neutral grip pull ups by the way)
Bent over barbell rows: 3x10 155lbs (solid reps)
Dumbbell rows: 3x12 75lb dumbbells
Seated narrow cable rows: 3x10 187lbs
Wide grip pulldowns: 3x12 170lbs

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed varying incline

I dont know why I felt fat and sluggish today... Even though I was able to do pullups.
Was not gonna eat anything yesterday but ended up having skin on pan fried chicken ONLY.

Will have husk only today.
Nutrients will be 30 grams of fiber.

@zucchini 10 pins of test, you might not feel sides. I dont think you should get off or PCT, you should stick to self TRT IMO.

You're saying you had a day with psyllium husk only?

Yes, yesterday was husk only!

Shoulders:

Treadmill: 25 mins 3 speed 3 incline.

Seated machine press 3x12 120lbs
Seated machine lateral raises 3x10 60lbs
Upright rows ez bar 3x12 70lbs bar
***Starting feeling weak after upright rows***
Reverse pec dec 3x12 120lbs
Face pulls 3x12 60lbs

Ok so, I have been on a 48 hour 0 calorie and gonna eat when i get home today. But something happened, i picked up 60lbs dumbbells for seated presses like i usually would, but half way up i almost passed out, i saw starts and couldn't lift the dumbbells. Didn't feel like i was weak but almost passed out. So i put em down, reset Myself and tried again. Couldn't go up again... So i just let it be and moved to machines. Felt that almost blackout effect all thru the workout today and decided to NOT do post lift cardio instead driving now to go get groceries.
Guess i depleted myself alot this time.

I don't think I want to come off, but just something that's in my head you know...

@zucchini bros pct should be some serms and hcgenerate. you need both to work together and gotta push pct 8 weeks

Can you explain in detail bro? I have no idea what Serms and Hcgenerate is. also explain the dosage. Do you mean I should do pct after I have been on this trt for 8 weeks? or do you mean I should do PCT for a total of 8 weeks

@zucchini bros pct should be 6-8 weeks IMO.

and i would do clomid 20mgs, nolva 10mgs and hcgenerate 5 caps a day. perfect pct to start with. you can run gw too if you want

I looked up hcgenerate, that's just a natural test booster, I can get it easy. What is GW?

I will stay on Trt as I am right now for atleast 2 more months, till the start of July. then I will see what to do.

I'd have the PCT products on hand at the beginning of the cycle

@zucchini you should make that choice whether you want to stay on or come off and pct. it really is your decision but don't run it longer then 15 or 20 weeks if you plan on pct
