2. Baked potatoes and tuna mayo (s/p).
3. Chicken, jasmine rice, green beans and almonds.

5. Steak, mash potatoes, broccolini and fried eggs (s/p).
6. 3-4L of water a day.
(Cheat meals included double bacon cheese burger combo meals, Krispy Kreme dohnuts, dark chocolate and ben and jerry's. I certainly had my moments of temptation)

NOTES :
1. I typically picked up a shoulder injury within the first week of training. This set me back in the first 4 weeks, I made the most of training legs and some other minor movements that didn't involve the use of shoulders.
My take away from this was not easing back into training after such a long time off. I implemented the BPC157 and TB500 to help prevent further injury and assist recovery, wether it did or not is unknown.
2. I had contemplating doing test cycles in my 20's, even going as far as buying everything I needed and then not using them. The main factors that stopped me was not wanting to lose my hair any quicker than I already was, reading that waiting until your 30s was a better time to start and having already built a decent enough physique.
I did do a 6 weeks Anavar and 6 months hgh cycle in my late 20's. Even then the Anvar lightly stripped my hair, so don't be fooled.
3. The reasons why I finally decided to do a test cycle were because of my age, my test levels dropping, accepting that my hair is going, a low point in my life and a complete loss of motivation. I had lost the man that I once was. Work and family life had taken it out of me.
Lifting weights for me has always been as much mental as it is physical. It's has been a true love in my life and I let it slip away. It's safe to say I'm feeling the best I have been in years.
