Hi mate,

I'm really pleased with the progress. I had the last shot for this cycle on Thursday. I'm going to drop down to 180mg for the next 10 weeks.

Pre and mid bloods were good, and I will get post bloods booked in. Overall everything has gone smoothly.

I always meal prep around life in general so diet will stay the same. Once I've planned out the next cycle I will revise it.

How did the shoulder injury happen?
It was a minor tear in my delt. I didn't actually notice it until it haemorrhaged. My shoulder absolutely blew up. It was more than likely lat pull down, because I hadn't even got my first chest session in, at that time.

The doctor said it was just burcitis, but I went for an ultra sound anyway and it was a tear.

My arms being the weakest point may need some different style of training Method. But, we will get there 👍🏼

180mg seems to be a reasonable amount for trt and I don't what to drop that low. Just like anything I will see how it goes.
I like TRT 200mgs+, lower seems less productive. @Hugh Jarms

I did do a 6 weeks Anavar and 6 months hgh cycle in my late 20's. Even then the Anvar lightly stripped my hair, so don't be fooled.

Lifting weights for me has always been as much mental as it is physical. It's has been a true love in my life and I let it slip away. It's safe to say I'm feeling the best I have been in years.

I really don't think that I'm going to change that much between now and then. I will start a log on my new cycle.

I'm currently in Thailand, eating like a king. I've dropped down to 180mg/split. I'm going to stay on this for 10 weeks and then map out the next cycle. Maybe hire a coach that I have in mind.

I feel so much better from finishing the anavar. This time round it really made me feel sluggish. The first week on it I struggled waking up in the morning.

First time I used it the pumps were near unbearable and focus was insane. My arms grew alot too. I didn't get that this time.
