What’s up all!

I’m 42 and finally decided to get back into shape after a good 7 years out of the gym. I had kids (ages 5&7 now) the gym and recreational sports took a back burner. I tried over the years to get back into fitness and taking care of myself but couldn’t keep the commitment going more than a month or so.

I decided to go to a clinic and get in TRT. My levels weren’t horrible, total test around 500 but I decided to give it a shot. Thanks feel that was a huge piece of the puzzle to get the energy and motivation to start taking care of myself.

I’ve been on Test Cyp 150mgs a week for 90 days or so and I am loving how it makes me feel and look. My libido is similar to my mid twenties. Sometimes when my wife is changing I pretend I need to do something just to see her naked 😂 That’s some high school young man shit right there.

I’ve attached a before and after pic to this thread. When I started I got a body scan that said I was around 18% body fat. I dieted hardcore using an App that allowed me to barcode scan my food to know exactly how many calories I was taken in. My goal was to be in a calorie deficit of 500 calories 6 out and of 7 days a week. I got my body fat down to 12.7% - at least that’s what the body scan said.

My goals are to lean out to get to 10% body fat and put on another 5lbs of muscle mass

About 30 days ago I started using EuroPharm cutting stack of windstrol/anavar 20/30mgs twice a day in addition to TRT

I feel like I got a lot of good things moving but my knowledge can only take me so far. Hopefully you guys can help point me in the right direction. 100% open to suggestions.

Got my bloodwork done a couple days ago and waiting for the results. I’ll post them as soon as I get them back.

@JimEph I think you have some good potential on this one. You've already had some amazing changes. I think that you can put on 5 lbs and also lose some more body fat.

Ok guys here’s my blood work.

Also 3 things I forgot to mention.

1- I took my first dose of Reta 7 days ago @1mg. Reta is no joke, I’m having trouble getting calories down. Almost afraid of the appetite suppression.

2- I began upping my TRT dose 2 weeks ago at 300mgs a week. 2 shots per week

3- I got prescribed an Ai - Arimidex - currently taking 1mg per week to keep the E2 down.

I did a cycle in my college years of test/deca when I was young and retarded and got gyno. I told my doc about my past experience and he said it was a good preventative measure to put me on an Ai.

I noticed my SHBG is very low, is this caused my the windstorm I'm taking?

Also, e2 is sill “high” after using Ai. Should I be concerned.

Side note - does anyone know of a good brand premade protein shakes low in arginine and high in lysine? I’m prone to cold sores

estrogen is high, you should up the arimidex to 2mgs/week but switching to aromasin 10mgs eod is better @JimEph

your TRT dose is obviously way too high. it isn't healthy long term to have too much in your system. will lead to hidden problems as you age

Agree, I’m going to up my arimadex to 2mgs per week

Also, I did get this bloodwork done the day after I shot 150mgs of Test cyp. I got the test done because I started using EP Test Cyp and after I started using it I got in a rabbit hole of finding some bad (illegitimate) reviews. It’s prooof EP is completely legit

If you were in my position what would you do?

Should i drop TRT to 200mgs a week?

I plan on running 300mgs for the next 12-16 weeks depending on blood work.

My windstol/anavar will finish up in 2 weeks - hopefully my SHBG bounces back when that wraps up.

Got my bloodwork done a couple days ago and waiting for the results. I’ll post them as soon as I get them back.

Agree, I’m going to up my arimadex to 2mgs per week

Also, I did get this bloodwork done the day after I shot 150mgs of Test cyp. I got the test done because I started using EP Test Cyp and after I started using it I got in a rabbit hole of finding some bad (illegitimate) reviews. It’s prooof EP is completely legit

If you were in my position what would you do?

Should i drop TRT to 200mgs a week?
bros if you overdose TRT and run adex you will control estrogen. but you gonna have other problems come up.

if you want to do it healthy way gotta drop trt to actual trt dose. otherwise blast away if you don't care

@JimEph there is no need to slam protein shakes
that can/will do more harm then good.
your stomach is already going to slow release with the reta so adding shakes will just make your gut hate you

you won't keep losing so much so fast as you go
but it will keep helping you lose some
you don't just lose muscle either

3-4lbs is solid already. a lot of people get the bulk of loss that first 3 weeks and some take longer

bros if you lose a lot of weight of course you gonna lose some muscle too. that is part of the process. but you will look more muscular with less body fat on frame so it works both ways

retatrutide is really good stuff

you don't have to raise the dose if your appetite is gone. it does other things aside from appetite within the body
