I’m 42 and finally decided to get back into shape after a good 7 years out of the gym. I had kids (ages 5&7 now) the gym and recreational sports took a back burner. I tried over the years to get back into fitness and taking care of myself but couldn’t keep the commitment going more than a month or so.
I decided to go to a clinic and get in TRT. My levels weren’t horrible, total test around 500 but I decided to give it a shot. Thanks feel that was a huge piece of the puzzle to get the energy and motivation to start taking care of myself.
I’ve been on Test Cyp 150mgs a week for 90 days or so and I am loving how it makes me feel and look. My libido is similar to my mid twenties. Sometimes when my wife is changing I pretend I need to do something just to see her naked

I’ve attached a before and after pic to this thread. When I started I got a body scan that said I was around 18% body fat. I dieted hardcore using an App that allowed me to barcode scan my food to know exactly how many calories I was taken in. My goal was to be in a calorie deficit of 500 calories 6 out and of 7 days a week. I got my body fat down to 12.7% - at least that’s what the body scan said.
My goals are to lean out to get to 10% body fat and put on another 5lbs of muscle mass
About 30 days ago I started using EuroPharm cutting stack of windstrol/anavar 20/30mgs twice a day in addition to TRT
I feel like I got a lot of good things moving but my knowledge can only take me so far. Hopefully you guys can help point me in the right direction. 100% open to suggestions.
Got my bloodwork done a couple days ago and waiting for the results. I’ll post them as soon as I get them back.
Looking forward to meeting new people during this new journey in my life
