1. Tracking Numbers:
Tracking numbers are not automatically provided. If an item has not been received within 7 business days after dispatch, customers may request the tracking number.
2. Delivered Items (as per AusPost tracking):
If AusPost tracking indicates the item has been delivered, we are not responsible for lost or missing packages. Unfortunately, we cannot verify whether a customer has or hasn’t received the item once delivery is marked complete.
3. Proof of Shipping:
For each order, we take photographic evidence of the package, clearly showing the tracking number. This is used solely for dispute verification if necessary.
4. Delayed Tracking Status (“It’s on the way”):
If the tracking status has been stuck on “it’s on the way” for an excess of 7 business days, we will provide the tracking number upon request so the customer can contact AusPost directly to locate the item.
5. Lost Items and Reship Policy:
If AusPost confirms that an item is lost or undelivered, we are happy to offer ONE free reship for orders sent via standard post, provided the customer supplies official proof from AusPost verifying the loss. We do not offer free reshipments for lost Express Post items.
This policy ensures fairness for both customers and our business while maintaining transparency in shipping processes.
