bros you probably just super insulin resistant. if you taking lots of gear and a big muscular bodybuilder of course you gonna need fuel. and your muscles become like sponges. we all go through it
With fasting blood glucose of 4.1 and average of 4.4-4.8 2 hours post prandial? yeah no

You have any glucose readings to share? @lordfarquaad42
Attached some readings from the last couple days on a regular day of eating. 5k cals, 850g carbs

Anyway small update if anyone cared. Weight continue to drop without me trying, I've actually been actively trying to stabilize weight and attempt to eat at maintenance/a slight surplus. Show is off the cards for me now and priority is just to feel good again. Down from 118.2 which was my 12th of July update to 116kg this morning. 5000 cals a day minimum since then, 250P / 850 C / 50 F

Have had a few days where ive added an extra meal, pushing up to around 5.8-6k total, actually sweat in the gym, energy has been pretty good and I mentally feel "good." Running quite a bit of GH and it seems unfortunately on those days/the following day the result is some pretty high sugar readings so next step from here is probably bringing the GH down where I can eat the necessary food required to feel normal, without the blood sugar issues that come with it.

That's not bad at all, did you pin slin before or this is right after food?

You asked if I had glucose readings to share because the previous user said I was probably extremely insulin resistant. So this is me sharing glucose readings to show I am NOT resistant. If I push up to a caloric intake that has me feeling good with more energy these readings become higher. But on 5k cals, 850g carbs (which is still showing weight loss) this is where I sit

Yes but I'm saying are the glucose readings before or after food? Just trying to understand :D @lordfarquaad42

That's very normal fasted :D @lordfarquaad42 you didn't take insulin before reading?

did you check our bodybuilding forum?
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums/forums/musclemecca-bodybuilding-forum.275/
I just did a Tampa Pro update
https://www.evolutionary.org/forums...-august-2-2025-full-recap-and-results.106000/
I know this....this was in response to this comment. Insulin with the meals prior to the non fasted readings, anyway this is getting off track lol

@lordfarquaad42 we are getting a bit off topic lol I think.
Want to clarify I see 4.8 reading at 5:30am? not sure if this is correct time and other readings early too.
Which ones of those are fasted and NO insulin?

Brooo why does it matter so much haha. No It was the 4.0 and another pic I thought I uploaded with the same reading. Any of those readings would be acceptable in a fasted state

Curious to know your blood sugar at your size. :D lol @lordfarquaad42

Re read original post

Currently on:
Around 2.5g total of test/Tren/mast
15 iu gh
40mcg T3
80mcg clen
1.5mg Retatrutide EOD
that's a heck of a test tren mast dose :D

Some interesting data. Current weight is 115.kg fasted. Scan I got here was April 2023 where I spent the majority of my off season around 122-123kg.

IMG20230420141843.webp
This year I held just over 130kg for quite a few months, stayed a lot leaner too.

I cant imagine ive lost muscle in the last 2 years so realistically i dont think im holding that much more bodyfat. Could be potentially contributing to the way im feeling. Low bodyfat, not much for the body left to feed on, not enough food coming in so energy is super low, potentially losing muscle now, its hard to say really.

First you are obese according to BMI LOL :P @lordfarquaad42
The scan from April did you follow up with a new scan?

No, if I did I wouldve posted it. Come on mate bit of common sense lol
Well it's not common sense since I'm not next to you lol :P @lordfarquaad42 once I get mind reading over computer powers, I'll let you know.
For now I have to ask haha.

I think if I had an updated scan I would've posted it...rather than posting one from 2 years ago by itself.
You think sure, but I don't know what you think. :P lol anyways this isn't going anywhere, you having a bad day? @lordfarquaad42 we all get those on gear, whats up share?

Here's some photos from this morning. Getting the body back to a healthy state and then hopefully figuring out my training/caloric intake, gaining weight and getting weaker so something ain't right. I'm still mostly dragging my ass through training, energy levels don't represent that of those in a surplus, but it's no where near as bad as it was. The last 30 minutes of my sessions can take up to an hour as I'm just trying to remuster some strength to push through the next set. Then I pretty much NEED a nap afterwards which I've been having in the car lately. Still can't imagine having a full time job or relationship or any additional life stresses/commitments at this point, and I want to get back to being in a position where I can handle those things

Cals still around 5500, trying to push up to 6k this week and see what happens. Weights at 119.5kg. Training is 6 days per week or 3 on 1 off.

OMG! you look amazing and thick, such a pro physique, it's a shame we haven't seen you in a while :D @lordfarquaad42
photos show you’re filling back out but the way you’re dragging through sessions tells me recovery isn’t lining up with intake yet. you’re pushing 5500 cals and aiming for 6k which is plenty on paper, but if digestion or sleep isn’t optimal it won’t translate to energy. naps after training can help short term but long term it points to your system still catching up. keep the structure of 3 on 1 off and monitor how your body responds with the calorie bump. For digestion try probiotics digestive enzymes psyllium ed.
weight at 119.5kg is solid, so the size is coming, now it’s about matching it with performance. if the last 30 minutes of sessions are dragging that hard, you might need to shave a bit of volume or intensity until recovery catches up. keep food clean and easily digestible so those extra calories don’t weigh you down. once your body adapts, energy will rebound and strength will follow.

Well this was fantastic. After around 6 months since beginning the cut I'm back up to around my regular off season weight and even weaker than I started. All that mind fuckery, feeling like crap, losing my job/relationships to end up fatter and smaller than when I started
Shit man. It’s a lot to keep together. What are you doing now?
