@LeNguyen food is looking on point bro!

Hello EVO family, the time has come to take my bodybuilding journey to the next level. I will keep a personal journal with me for every workout. Every rep, every set, the amount of weights used, what type of equipment free or machine ( 90 percent will be free weights ).
Everything I eat will be whole meats from the butcher, all vegetables will be fresh from produce markets, carbohydrates will only come from Thailand Jasmine rice. All meals will be prepared by my wife at home, only oils used will be cold pressed coconut and extra virgin olive oils. Every meal will be weighed, the proteins and carbohydrates. Every macro will be accounted for. All anabolics will be purchased and used solely from our EVO family site.
@LeNguyen this will be an epic log man. I know your dedication is unmatched. Let’s get it b

@LeNguyen I see the volume you putting in well done :D dont stop the grind!

Ok brother, I am going onto the site now to check products, have decided to run an old school cycle when I start gear, Test and Deca only… with Anadrol added last few weeks of cycle .
just went on site, why won’t it let me ad international shipping to cart, it will only let me ad shipping from US into cart?

It's domestic USA only, do domestic shipment :D dont pick INT. thats if you outside usa.
@LeNguyen test deca is a good start get proviron and n2guard as well.

Yeah, n2guard I can not afford, $100 dollars a month for erbs way out of my league, and I get no sides from Deca. And I do not aromatize at all… so I won’t need any ancillaries , really I get no sides at all from gear other than Tren and all I get from Tren is some night sweats once in a while and sometimes insomnia. But with test and Deca I can run really high doses and still feel really good 😊

@LeNguyen how much cardio did you do?

@LeNguyen how much cardio did you do?
Yeah my job is really grueling, it is like doing cardio all day long😓 I getting at least 10,000 steps in every day, lifting tools and cross beams heavy wires climbing up and down those telephone poles all day… sometimes I wonder how I’m going to ad pounds of muscle when I burn up everything I eat at work? 😞

@toddthelineman might have something to say about that. He's a fiber lineman so he's climbing the big poles.

Lots of us are in similar positions @LeNguyen
I'm an electrician, same thing lots of climbing, tons of calories burned each day. If I eat anything less than 4000 calories a day I start losing weight.

You should checkout @toddthelineman bulking journey log. He burns more cals that you and I combined. You might pickup some good tips off him on how to gain.

My advice would just be eat more bro and up the protein.

I'll start following along with your log to see how it goes. Wishing you the best! On a side note it's nice to see a fellow Asian bro here. I'm half Japanese. I know your Viet from your name, pretty obvious lol. I have a lot of friends with your name. My wife's Viet too so I'm your in-law countryman lol.

Thanks so much brother, yeah I’m in the electrical lineman field also, I’m just starting out only a class C Lineman , yeah I’ll definitely check out his log and follow… thanks so much again brother for the advice 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Yeah, bro. I used to climb 100 poles a day sometimes, once I did it three days in a row. I ate like grizzly bear and I was skinny af! The first time I got big I was in jail. Went in about 165, came out 100 days later 195 with abs, and that was after three days on a bus before I could weigh myself. Hard hard hard work is very hard to eat your way through. I haven’t started my bulk yet because I’m still just too busy and the only way would be to really abuse doses. But in the fall I can do it

You do power, yeah? I never did that. But I’ve built everything from 6 pounds per foot 2500 pair telephone, to quad .875 coax. And enough fiber to wrap around the world a few times. Running my own business currently and it’s giving me a lot of challenges. But I have supportive people and am living my best life and doing it for me for once

Nice bro, congrats.

Please don't take this the wrong way, but you look kinda older to be starting out as a lineman. Usually you see little kids starting the trade cuz it's such a physically demanding job. I'm not sure what it's like in the states but up here in Canada all the guys in their 50s are foreman cuz they can't climb anymore. Shit I work with guys in their 40s who are foreman cuz their done with it lol.

There's a few tough old bastards who still work on the tools but they're beat to shit and too tough to know when to quit lol.

Must be very challenging running your own business, must be very challenging to find time to eat properly and especially train! 💪🏻

Absolutely it is, and with my other endeavors training does get low on the list for me at certain times. So it’s always like the frog climbing out of the well for me. I enjoy it, but it’s not the focus of my life. Eating, of if I do t keep it mostly clean and average 5k calories, I run into trouble, so it’s easier to keep that up or I pay for it.

Yeah I was an owner operator driving big rigs for 18 years, got married and got burned out being away from home for months on end, so I changed careers, yeah your right in school all you see are 18-20 years old kids… I out climb them out walk them out work them all day long 😂🤣 they can’t compete brother. Shit most of them can’t even turn a wrench properly or know what is a four way😂

My buddy Milton is 71 and still climbs… with a prosthetic leg!!! My old boss switched to transmission line work and climbed towers and chased hurricanes for distribution work until his death of a heart attack at 53 (he had a 25 year old gf and coke in his system, he went out as he planned to)

Ya nothing beats experience and mental toughness. That's why I try not to hire kids. I usually look for guys in their late 20s early 30s when I'm hiring. Best guy I ever hired was a year older than me, 40 at the time.

Stay fit and healthy will be very important in the years to come and it looks like you got that covered and then some. Great job!

Now this is really tough for me, because from the very beginning of my career, I was told it was a young man’s game, and that you had to, absolutely had to hire as young as possible. Cable lineman are the absolute redheaded stepkids of all linework. Only very very few actually know what they are doing. There are no recognized certifications really of any kind. I can pull up on a project that’s years along already and no one there will have ever seen a crew that is capable of what I am. They have never seen a real cable lineman before because literally most of them are dead. So now it’s just a few thousand hacks, and residential installers with ladders on a 2001 dodge ram calling themselves lineman and then all the ibew power guys want to vomit. But even the cable and telephone IBEW crews are absolutely imposters and their major work gets subbed out to companies like mine or they just throw an army of Eastern Europeans at it and eventually it’ll be good enough. A lot of those guys are actually pretty good if they are given what they need at least. Sucks for me though.

S as for hiring young, we usually get paid by the foot, like when I started it might have only been like 10 cents a foot, to share for the crew. If you were brand new you didn’t know anything so if you weren’t literally running, even sprinting if a lineman needed something, you would be getting screamed at and you would be replaced. Any of us back then would put up with no limit of abuse for out chance to make $100k plus. Even the foremen were kids, really. My first foreman was old, 71? But he was still jacked, used to build telephone in Appalachia with mules. I lost my spot with him and then was working for a 23 year old who’d already been to prison for three years And got out by doing crazy boot camp and he was super fit and super motivated and we went out every day like we were going to win. I miss those days soooooo much.

@LeNguyen time will tell we just push hard :D and eat!

Ooooooh yeah, have you tried mk677? I was taking that in the morning and evening and I was able to eat more than if I was smoking weed. Like I ate 15 tacos seriously. Ravenous hunger

Ya if you can find a strong, motivated, teachable young guy their undefeated..just good luck finding one. Everytime I hire a young guy in his early 20s I find myself saying why did you do this again after a couple months.

I run into good young guys on other crews or trades now and again but they're so few and far between. I'm sure the generation before us thought the same, and so on and so on but it's probably more true today then ever cuz technology has made life so easy.

You even see it now in certain immigrant populations too. Countries that used to produce hard workers have lazy young guys too lol. I know demo guys that refuse to sub crews from certain countries cuz they say they're all lazy now.

Great job!
Thanks so much brother 💪🏻

much love
Hey brother, was trying to find your log, been reading @BeMe logs today and saw you have one, I’m not a computer guy at all, having trouble finding yours , can you point me in right direction, would love to follow

I was thinking last night after we spoke, it didn't hit me til later but you said you switched from trucking to being a lineman. WOW that's a big change in every way. Couldn't be more opposite. I'm sure mentally you're happier cuz you said you were burnt out on trucking, but physically it's so much better for you too. That's a seriously positive life change. Good for you for having the courage to make that change! It's really hard to get out of your comfort zone and chase something new and I have a ton of respect for anyone who does that.

Thanks brother, yeah I’m a creature of comfort, your right I was scared to death at first worrying about everything, but after the surgery I had to make a lifestyle change, trucking is so unhealthy, sleeping is sporadic, sometimes in 3 days I may get 6 hours sleep, then the food omg! Hit or miss, fast food and garbage food from greasy diners, try to hit Walmart and cook in truck, but hard to do with a microwave. First week stock fridge up with home cooked meals, but I stay out 3-4 months straight so the rest is eating all the poison on the road. Last year I went to Vietnam and brought my wife to America, it took 5 years for all the paperwork to clear immigration… best thing ever happened to me, it help me to transition over , I’m loving it being home everyday and have weekends that really feel like a weekend. If I never see the inside of a big rig again it will still be too soon 😂💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
