For those on a budget there's a cheaper rice cooker they sell at Walmart that does a pretty good job too. Tiger is the brand name if I remember right. Has pink flowers painted on it.

Dear Anavar ps i love you and i hate you all at the same time, i love the wicked pump you helped me achieve on my pull day, we must have a chat about learning to not pump my forearms to the point i cant even grip the weights towards the end of my workout, next time work with me not against me please and thank you 😁

Hello everyone pull day was on point, incase the opening wasn't obvious enough, we back on the anavar train, my god the back pump was unreal yesterday, not in a bad way, it was that kind of pump that made you feel 20lbs bigger than you actually are, that pump was S tier.

I offen talk about maximizing rest days throughout the week for me and my body it works extremely well, friday was my first session all week meaning 4 days of complete rest, i came back the majority of my lifts increased in weight lifted.

Most notably Seated Row, the pace at which i have been growing consistently stronger with this lift has been awesome!

Ive seen between a 10lb-15lb jump each set on a consistent basis now the majority of my cycle.

For rear delts i wanted to show the way in which i utilize the machine, you are supposed to grip the handles and pull backwards is the way the machine shows, i find i get way more activation by putting my hands infront of the handles, and doing like a swimming motion is the best way i can describe it, @BeMe Likes when i show how i do certain lifts a bit differently, so i added this one in for you. I will post a photos below.

Coach has been extremely pleased with my determination with fully getting back on track and dialing in and locking in again, with that said here is the new cycle layout.

Some might ask why does the cycle keep going up or down or swapped things in or out, simple answer i follow the protocol my coach lays out for me, ive seen the biggest changes and results so far, so i dont mess with his protocol, my one job follow through with his plan, he knows me best.

Haha yeah i forgot to take it last night lol, the back and bicep pumps ungodly good, the forearm pumps, they had so much blood pumping into them, i could barely straighten my arm, i was walking around trying to shake it off, that's why at the end u see i did 15lb Forearm curls i couldn't grip a heavier weight the pump was so bad i almost was dropping dumbbells lol

Yeah thats why i wrote my note for my opening lol 😆 i was legitimately getting mad last night trying to do forearms at the end, i was running the top rack for bicep curls and thats what was my down fall lol, yeah that pump with only var in my system was fucking ridiculous lol.

Did you end up grabbing a pill grinder yet or are you still chewing them up like an animal??? Lol

That an interesting variation on the rear delt machine. I won't get to use it cuz I don't train in a gym but still cool nonetheless. I use ankle cuffs of my wrists for a lot of shoulder stuff for the same reason. Not sure why but I get a way better shoulder pump when I do. Probably a similar reason why the rear delt flys work better for you the way they do.

The Anavar pumps can really suck, some extra electrolytes helped sort it out for me. I also found the longer I was on the Anavar it was like my body acclimated to it and the pumps weren't an issue anymore.

One morning I was in bumper to bumper traffic driving to my first job and I got a crazy ab pump outta no where. I almost had to pull over. I leaned my seat back and started doing some lamas breathing and finally got it to settle down...that shit was painful.

Despite the forearms at the end 95% of my workout was incredible and i loved it, thats why i said muscles felt so hard and i had shuch a pump it made me feel in my head i was way bigger than i am everything i targeted the pump was unreal to the point i was like yup that's how this is supposed to feel etc with the movements, definitely elevated my gym session.

Ive had a pill cutter for years now that i utilize when i need it, with my coach no option other than chew and put under tounge let dissolve sublingual absorption is best from what he told me a while back, i honestly believe it because doing it that way, i can feel it hit much faster in my system and the pumps i get are insanity, the pills virtually have zero taste which is an upside.

Try being on mast and var and winny at the same time 2 muscle hardening drugs and one that comes with a wicked pump, i know the feeling with driving and that shit hitting lol, i believe steve when he says its like sleeping on rocks, i still have fluff on me, even with that when my abs or other muscles pump it hurts lol, i can be driving and my abs are just constantly tensed and pumped lol, i lay my seat back as well for that reason lol.

I will have to try that electrolyte method see what happens, i typically use taurine 3g with the var before a workout.

I figured you would be interested in seeing how i do the rear delts, with my shoulder it is more comfortable and i feel it way more.

Could be because my torso is a bit longer so my weight looks deceiving alot of people think i weigh less more offen than not than i actually do.
 
Ive had a pill cutter for years now that i utilize when i need it, with my coach no option other than chew and put under tounge let dissolve sublingual absorption is best from what he told me a while back, i honestly believe it because doing it that way, i can feel it hit much faster in my system and the pumps i get are insanity, the pills virtually have zero taste which is an upside.

Try being on mast and var and winny at the same time 2 muscle hardening drugs and one that comes with a wicked pump, i know the feeling with driving and that shit hitting lol, i believe steve when he says its like sleeping on rocks, i still have fluff on me, even with that when my abs or other muscles pump it hurts lol, i can be driving and my abs are just constantly tensed and pumped lol, i lay my seat back as well for that reason lol.

I will have to try that electrolyte method see what happens, i typically use taurine 3g with the var before a workout.

I figured you would be interested in seeing how i do the rear delts, with my shoulder it is more comfortable and i feel it way more.

Did your coach put you on that as a precautionary dose?

Reason I'm asking is I think my one nipple is getting a bit sensitive. Not sure if I'm just being crazy and stressing over nothing or what. It's not a constant thing, it's just very once and while. Maybe I'm just in my head.

I have Aromasin but I'm hesitant to take it cuz I'm worried about crashing my e2.

Hello everyone pull day was on point, incase the opening wasn't obvious enough, we back on the anavar train, my god the back pump was unreal yesterday, not in a bad way, it was that kind of pump that made you feel 20lbs bigger than you actually are, that pump was S tier.

I offen talk about maximizing rest days throughout the week for me and my body it works extremely well, friday was my first session all week meaning 4 days of complete rest, i came back the majority of my lifts increased in weight lifted.

Most notably Seated Row, the pace at which i have been growing consistently stronger with this lift has been awesome!

Ive seen between a 10lb-15lb jump each set on a consistent basis now the majority of my cycle.

For rear delts i wanted to show the way in which i utilize the machine, you are supposed to grip the handles and pull backwards is the way the machine shows, i find i get way more activation by putting my hands infront of the handles, and doing like a swimming motion is the best way i can describe it, @BeMe Likes when i show how i do certain lifts a bit differently, so i added this one in for you. I will post a photos below.

Coach has been extremely pleased with my determination with fully getting back on track and dialing in and locking in again, with that said here is the new cycle layout.

Some might ask why does the cycle keep going up or down or swapped things in or out, simple answer i follow the protocol my coach lays out for me, ive seen the biggest changes and results so far, so i dont mess with his protocol, my one job follow through with his plan, he knows me best.

There's a real nice Persian fella (family from that region) I talk to at the gym who almost talks about how he'll never get arms bigger than 15-inches. I pointed out he's already bigger than average. A LOT of what we do is also mind set

This update will be focusing on the diet switch up, coach said extended bulk before we go into a hard cut, so this is what i came up with, i must admit im very pleased with what i came up with after calculating 8 meals, for a bulk i believe i hit some pretty sweet macros on this one.

I keep it simplistic by design so i can maximize my Protein and carb ratio and keep fat right where i need it to be.

Just going to keep it simple and add low sodium taco seasoning with the chicken and beef.

Fyi Aldis for the win 🏆

Side note as far as current cycle goes im just cruising on 300 test a week 100 mast a week and 10mg winny on trianing days only with 12.5mg aromasin, my coach wants to keep me here for the foreseeable future with current cycle.

We spoke last night and ive got some surprises for everyone with what my coach and i will be running and doing for my cut when we reach that point, i got to keep it under wraps till the right time and everything is finalized and laid out, untill then something fun for everything to think about where im heading next in my jounery.

I expect big changes and things to happen when i start the cutting phase! Hopefully i will come out looking like a totally different person long term goal.

Going to be starting out this week's trianing with legs, will post that session when i get it completed.

Still around the 244lb weight mark right now.

What are you currently on again so i can get a better idea at answering your question correctly, ive always just been of the mindset when i run test at certain doses i like to have a small amount of AI in the mix, even when i was on just trt i got so used to have AI in the protocol it has just stuck with me for years include it in, the only time i dont run ai which is with primo because i have the blood work on test and primo to prove i don't need an ai with that type of cycle, when i did 300 test with 300 primo my estrogen was 16.7 before that cycle my estrogen was at 50 that doesn't always work, you got to know your body and how you respond imo. Typically we discuss dosages with things, for me 6.25mg is a low dose, i dont think u would crash your estrogen, if have to know how high it is currently to have an idea, ive had what your talking about before with the nipple thing, nothing ever came of it, hell sometimes a certain fabric or shirt can rub it and mess with your head when on test. I would monitor it an if it continues or you see warning signs id use a small dose weekly see if it improves.

That is true perception is a big one for many, he just lost me when he said he got high on creatine i pretty much checked out of the conversation after that one, i always try and tell people who speak with me about how i look or how they want to look what is required, offen times i start with the food the diet and tell them to track everything and what types of food to eat and hammer home rest and recovery, it was just one of those situations the guy over heard my coworker speaking to me and wanted to chime in.

First time im utilizing pharmaqo and i can see it is the real deal potent and legitimate! The ungodly pump was more than enough to tell me it is, especially since var was the only thing in my system before i hit the gym.

That would be absolutely insane could you imagine me at 300lbs lol, that would be a wild, i chose physique because i lkve that look and that is the look i want to achieve and maintain, something tells me with my genetic structure my coach probably feels similar to what you see and said, my legs would have to grow and come up big time for that division.

First time im utilizing pharmaqo and i can see it is the real deal potent and legitimate! The ungodly pump was more than enough to tell me it is, especially since var was the only thing in my system before i hit the gym.

Coach has added in barbell bench & barbell incline bench from here on out, i also decided on adding back in a mixture of weighted dips & bodyweight dips. I also added in some standing military press, not heavy because i like my shoulders intact, the pump was still excellent.

Still getting used to benching again so i didn't want to push things heavy, want to get used to the motion again and have quality over quantity, admittedly benching is still tough for me all these years later after my surgery, i do my best and put up what i can or find workarounds with rep ranges etc. I am sure in time it will go up steady as she goes.

One major highlight is my tricep pressing has skyrocketed, able to now do the whole 200lb weight stack with cable pressdowns, i was very pleased with that.

I definitely felt spent after this workout, nothing can describe or beat that feeling afterwards.

I suspect in a few weeks time strength might also increase a bit more, plus a little more weight gain and size going back into the 500mg test dose. I was responding extremely well for my first ever run with 500mg.

So far all things consider even after lowering doses and dropping orals for a little while i still have a net gain of 13.3lbs on cycle from 230lbs into 243.3lbs

Hello everyone pull day was on point, incase the opening wasn't obvious enough, we back on the anavar train, my god the back pump was unreal yesterday, not in a bad way, it was that kind of pump that made you feel 20lbs bigger than you actually are, that pump was S tier.

I offen talk about maximizing rest days throughout the week for me and my body it works extremely well, friday was my first session all week meaning 4 days of complete rest, i came back the majority of my lifts increased in weight lifted.

Most notably Seated Row, the pace at which i have been growing consistently stronger with this lift has been awesome!

Ive seen between a 10lb-15lb jump each set on a consistent basis now the majority of my cycle.

For rear delts i wanted to show the way in which i utilize the machine, you are supposed to grip the handles and pull backwards is the way the machine shows, i find i get way more activation by putting my hands infront of the handles, and doing like a swimming motion is the best way i can describe it, @BeMe Likes when i show how i do certain lifts a bit differently, so i added this one in for you. I will post a photos below.

Coach has been extremely pleased with my determination with fully getting back on track and dialing in and locking in again, with that said here is the new cycle layout.

Some might ask why does the cycle keep going up or down or swapped things in or out, simple answer i follow the protocol my coach lays out for me, ive seen the biggest changes and results so far, so i dont mess with his protocol, my one job follow through with his plan, he knows me best.

Pump, dislikes, likes, etc…
Personally I like DB pressing more ive always like the aspect and challenges of holding the weight in each hand separately and maintaining proper control and utilizing my stabilizer muscles keeping those as strong as i can, i also like with DB that i can utilize a further range of motion depending on the size of DB used, i like the full range of motion and the squeeze.

What i like about BB is the fact i can do alot of rest pause or 3-5 second pausing before utilizing an explosive press, or slow controlled reps making it harder to complete the movement, the pump is better for me on BB then DB.

My bench has always been on the weaker side with BB after my shoulder injury and surgery i had in 2016, for some reason i still achieved a 315lb decline bench at one point last year, flat and incline decreased drastically after the surgery, still alot of scar tissue build up and discomfort because of that, i still find a way to get it done and try to progress best i can.

My favorite is weighted dips, nothing beats the pump on dips i get in my chest, overall i enjoy all 3 movements, i would say dips with a weight belt is by far my favorite.

If i had to pick between BB or DB i wouldn't i would incorporate both it i didn't do dips, i like the ability to be flexible in my approach.

That an interesting variation on the rear delt machine. I won't get to use it cuz I don't train in a gym but still cool nonetheless. I use ankle cuffs of my wrists for a lot of shoulder stuff for the same reason. Not sure why but I get a way better shoulder pump when I do. Probably a similar reason why the rear delt flys work better for you the way they do.

The Anavar pumps can really suck, some extra electrolytes helped sort it out for me. I also found the longer I was on the Anavar it was like my body acclimated to it and the pumps weren't an issue anymore.

One morning I was in bumper to bumper traffic driving to my first job and I got a crazy ab pump outta no where. I almost had to pull over. I leaned my seat back and started doing some lamas breathing and finally got it to settle down...that shit was painful.
I never ever got pumps like that. I had some really nasty bicep pumps from winstrol, my biceps felt like stones and it hurt so bad. But I had 10mg medical anavar from Iran. You don’t have to grind it, it melts under your tongue quickly and completely. I probably wasn’t taking enough or eating enough carbs to get a debilitating pump. The worst pumps I ever got were in my feet and shins from skiing on gear. I had to stop taking the stuff because I’d not be able to walk away from the stage in front of like 1000 people. They thought I was hurt hahahaha.
 
Ya I think I'm just getting in my head. It's funny you mention the type of fabric on a shirt cuz I literally started thinking about that last night too. When I wear tighter fitting stretchy sorta materials it seems to pop up. I went out mountain biking yesterday too so it was probably just chaffing.

Current dose is 250 test, 100 primo, 100 NPP, 25 Proviron ed, 2iu GH

I'm on a taper off so it seems like a weird time for e2 sides to pop up. The primo did a really good job of keeping my e2 in range when I was at 300 test.

Man. Don’t freak out about it, my e2 was high for years, like 80-90. That was at 200-250 mg a week, depending on the concentration I was using. But I did have sensitive nipples as well as body acne struggles. Aromasin fixed all of it and I’m very glad to have that straightened out. In my experience, different brands of test can mane the nipples feel different. One makes it sensitive, another makes it burn, and another might be no pain, but they’re hard all the time or often.

It’s a funny thing, but when you lower your dose, I think the old test in you lingers and aromatizes and now you have less primo to counteract that. This could continue for a while, possibly. You’d have to test frequently as you keep tapering, which is impractical, but if your nipple keeps talking to you I would not be afraid to take a little aromasin and see if it isn’t better like the very next day. You’d be happy if it worked and in the worst case scenario of accidentally tanking your e2 to the point of feeling really bad, an extra shot of test, a dbol, or hcg would get you feeling ok again pretty soon. I have test suspension for this but never needed it. Obviously I’m just the mad scientist, and not someone whose word can be taken as law, but some things to think about. Probably some truth in there

That was my thinking originally as well. And I was basically fine with the high e2, it wasn’t until I posted my bloodwork here showing how high it actually was that I was convinced to lower it. When are your next bloods?

Late September or Early October. My doc said roughly 6 weeks, and that was a few days back.

The pharmaqo var is excellent like that in the fact it just melts and dissolves immediately the winny i have to chew first then it will dissolve

I was looking back through my log with my first workout that i posted in may when my cycle first started, one big thing that popped out at me was the fact i increased my seated cable row by 155lbs.

I maxed out the stack for 10 clean strong reps at 300lbs. I've been working on my rowing since the beginning focusing on improving that movement. I never thought I would get so strong that i would max out the entire stack, even now i went from 100lbs first set at 15 reps into now doing 260lbs for 15 reps, just an awesome feeling seeing how far ive come along.

Current protocol
Test C 500mg a week
Mast E 150mg a week
Anavar 25mg pre workout days only

I am also looking at a career change which would help me make more money give me a better work life balance and have more time at home and more time for bodybuilding and the gym.

I am happy with reporting the company just got back with me a few moments ago with a job offer, pretty sweet gig, the only hard part is a completely different adjustment.

Job would start at 5am so id have to be up by 4am, done by 3pm, if anyone knows any good sleeping supplements along side GH let me know.

Yeah its going to be alot of physical work, they called me today and want me to train in a skipper route which means i skip around on a different route everyday and dont have my own dedicated route yet, they said they want to trian me in being a route developer is what the position is called which means higher pay and more money, so i just have to bust my ass work hard so i can get into that route development position.

Yeah it will suck alot but more time to trian eat foucs on bodybuilding while making more money with a better balance.
