Yeah bro back training and eating again now im settled into new place,and yes of course I can do Pullups next back session just easing back into it slowly this week,I do alot of walking around during days with my job and really only get time late in evenings

I'm booked in for Saturday morning for blood test bro then im going to hit shorter cycles around 16 weeks but hard asf,im thinking test p,NPP and anadrol to get cranking again

I didn't really notice much of a drop off when i lowered from 500-250 for my test i seemed to retain alot of my strength, i have a feeling you will be strong and get after it no problem.

Blood results came in earlier than expected today,no major issues except haemoglobin and haematocrit at high end of range but I did go heavy on the EQ & Deca for awhile so probably expected will have it monitored in coming months,also at the time bloods were taken i was only on 250mg test e per week for a good month or so which didn't feel really great for me.

It's definitely not at the high end being at 33 nmol/L but its ok im on 400 test p,200 npp,5 iu hgh,and 50mg anadrol it will come up very fast😉

Was only on 250mg of test e per week for a month prior to bloods,next time I'll stay at 400mg but,I'd say the blood markers will be similar

Tonights chest pump and blood results are the closing of this log and time for me to start a new blast in the coming days,so
i would like to really thank all the constant support off forum members i have recieved and I appreciate each and every one of yous for it🙏as it has definitely helped me kick a few goals over the past year,also massive thanks to @Liquid Gold Labs for the opportunity to be part of a killa team.

Blood results came in earlier than expected today,no major issues except haemoglobin and haematocrit at high end of range but I did go heavy on the EQ & Deca for awhile so probably expected will have it monitored in coming months,also at the time bloods were taken i was only on 250mg test e per week for a good month or so which didn't feel really great for me.

bros you don't need to use much hormones to get thicker blood. that literally what they designed for. so be careful @MarshMonsta

it is what it is. the blood will get thicker. you need to donate and consider some breaks @MarshMonsta

@MarshMonsta Thanks for laying out your blood work. I think all in all, it's not bad at all. If you use steroids, you can expect some numbers to be off. That's pretty normal.

I enquired today bout it and in my town they only do plasma donations as mosquito insects here carry a blood disease called "dengue fever"......I need to do a 7 hour round trip to the nearest blood donation centre so looks like im going on a weekend there as soon as I possibly can,oh no Stevo im single and going to a town full of hot asf backpackers from all over the world....😜 I might not come back!

True that my bro also i like using alot of Deca and EQ that are bad for it lol but I cant stay away from the 19 nors they the best and worst!

Exactly what the doctor said as well my bro,know one using PEDs will have perfect bloods unless a genetic freak,he also said poeple pre and type 2 diabetes have pretty bad bloodwork so it could be worse i guess

Agree with you 100% brother,its very important to monitor and adjust,once i get the blood thickness sorted i will be monitoring more frequently until its at a better level

Haha yeah running 2 plus grams of gear wouldn't help any bro,this run i try stick to 600test,300npp if I can
2 grams is a win :D depends on how you play it.
